Constellation Coffee is a hidden gem in Boise, offering delicious coffee and a unique experience. The lavender oat milk latte is a must-try, and the cold brew coffee is incredible. The friendly staff, especially Momo, make the visit even more enjoyable. The coffee shop is located on the property of the Idaho Burners Alliance, with a Bio Dome and Xanadu to explore. The Bio Dome is filled with thousands of plant species, creating a tropical rainforest-like atmosphere. The Xanadu building is a workspace with an interesting history. The coffee shop has limited hours, open Friday through Monday from 8 AM to 2 PM. It's kid and pet-friendly, with a large parking lot available. Overall, Constellation Coffee is a unique spot where you can enjoy great coffee, learn about the Bio Dome project, and explore the interesting surroundings. Highly recommended for a one-of-a-kind coffee experience in Boise!
