“The service at this location is always exceptional! I have ordered here many times over the last couple years and anytime something happens with the order the staff is quick to fix it with no incident even if the fault was mine. I’m not adventurous with my sandwiches so to me a sandwich is a sandwich but I’ll choose this JJs when I’m downtown because of how good the staff is!“

“Very fast and efficient, but I'd recommend they include the drinks with their doordash orders instead of relying on the delivery drivers to check the receipt and add the drink from the self-serve fountain. I've had several orders missing drinks consistently because of that.“
