“Bradley and his team were very easy to work with. We picked up an order for 30 people and it was ready when we got there. All the meals were labeled with each person's name and the food was very good. Excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for group orders.“

“I wanted to leave this review because it’s now been like 10 hours and I’m still thinking about how good my sandwich was, and I said that to my daughter and she immediately piped up, going on about how good her’s was. If you’ve never tried it on sliced bread, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it! It really lets the ingredients shine through and every bite is much more balanced. I haven’t had JJ in at least a couple years, so I was definitely surprised how long it took. It’s not very far away. I didn’t realize they are no longer freaky fast. It’s unfortunate that some things like this have changed, but it’s also not the end of the world, like some other reviewers seem to think it is. Everything is changing all the time. If you like the food, either plan ahead or drive there. Not a big deal. Anyway, now that my memory is refreshed as to how good it is, I will keep them in mind next time I’m craving a sammy! 🥰“

“There’s something oddly satisfying about Jimmy John’s. It’s not trying to be fancy—it just nails the basics every single time. Fresh bread with that perfect chew, crisp lettuce, and meats that don’t taste like they’ve been sitting out all day. I usually walk in, blink, and my sandwich is already bagged. The speed is insane, but somehow they don’t mess it up. It’s my no-brainer lunch spot when I want real food fast, without the grease. Simple, solid, and weirdly addictive.“

“Fairly quick in store service. Just had an issue with all the things that were requested to be left off the sandwich added back onto the sandwich. Unfortunately with a picky eater, I wish I'd checked before I left as they were upset and didn't want to eat it. Usually I love Jimmy John's but I was a little disappointed this time.“

“My boss and I ordered some lunch and it was delivered through uber. The uber lady took an hour and we never ended up getting our food. As soon as we called the store, they immediately made our order again and hand delivered it. Amazing service, thank you guys!“

“I have stopped by to grab my meal for the night. The most recent order, however, is the most important.
I recently ordered a delivery to my home. I ordered on the app and after all said and done, ready and waiting.. I found out that the tip I had thought for sure was in the total for Jacob my delivery driver was not. I didn't have the money on me to give you him but I wanted him to know how much I appreciated his kindness about the whole situation so I called the store (Vista location). I wanted to make it right. We were able to get things worked out. These guys were great! And I hands down respect our hard working food industry people. Thank you for being so kind when I thought I couldn't show my own kindness through gratuity. Great store!“

“Must politics permeate every facet of society, including sandwich shops? In this day and age? Yes. Sadly, yes it does find its way onto our trays, as ever-present actually than a bag of Fritos (or was it Cheetos?)

Friends, it might be true that JJ ownership is marred by association with authoritarian demi-gods. That might be so. But consider the BRIGHT side of what such inclination brings: a complete, unconditional, worship of quality meats, cheeses and breads. Any deviation, any liberties taken, is SQUASHED as punishable dissent. There are JJ STANDARDS and they must be upheld at all costs.

We might be living in a time of exaggerated fears, where STATES OF EMERGENCY are called by our dear leaders as one might order a pizza. The key is this: don’t order a pizza—order a sandwich from Jimmy John’s on State Street. There are many types of excellent meats, cheeses, and breads, combined in a most excellent manner. The staff is so adept and likable, you’d think they were rewarded by a livable wage!
