We moved from Idaho in 2014. Since leaving, we have lived in NC, SC, HI, and now VA. Each year I order boxes of Pumpkin bread. My kids (especially my son) asks me every year to order it. My son said he wanted to go to Boise State when he goes to college just so he can be closer to Zeppole for the Pumpkin bread. 🤣
Mr. Charles is pretty fantastic.
After going to the Apple St location this week, we always get our loaf sliced. The bread slicer was out of order, and unfortunately no employee knew an ETA of when the bread slicer would be functioning again. I would give a higher rating if it was known (by employees who can communicate to customers) when this repair was a priority with ownership.

The brick-and-mortar location is a treasure, with great service and a mellow atmosphere. Shelves may be bare due to popularity, but the coffee pick-me-up is always a good idea.
