“I have to admit that I haven't eaten at Wendy's for many years but today I was the driver for an outing and we stopped by Wendy's. I forgot about their menu and their yummy chicken nuggets. They are so tender, not extra crunchy like others. Everyone really enjoyed their meals and the Tangerine Twist Lemonade was a great surprise. Good stuff!“

“I love that you can build your own pizza. I am dairy free so I had the plant based option. The pizza turned out pretty good.

My wife tried to order take out on the app but it wouldn't let her card go through and the primecious time it locked her card up which was pretty unfortunate. We don't know if it is user error on our end, but twice is enough to not use their online service. Because of this we had to go in which was ok. Their service was still pretty quick.“

“Messy's was once a favorite of my family's, but my most recent order was rather disappointing. The burgers are not as tasty nor rich as they have been. On top of that they were out of ice at noon on a Thursday? So we received warm drinks. Service was mediocre. Inflation is hitting us all, so the price was understandable, but the food-to-price value does not seem as good as it had been.“

There was an employee Levi who went above and beyond, from having spare change in his pockets to help customers round up to being kind and courteous in how he treated me and my son. Every Wednesday after family swim at the Kroc, we hit the real finish line — the Arby’s drive-thru, where Steve is basically the MVP of meat and efficiency.

Even through the speaker, Steve’s energy shines. He’s got our order down faster than our kids can say “curly fries,” and somehow makes the drive-thru feel like a five-star experience. Polite, professional, and quick — but always with a side of humor and friendliness.

By the time we pull up to the window, we’re already smiling. The food’s hot, the order’s perfect, and Steve sends us off like we just passed inspection at a BBQ-themed pit stop.

“Great burgers and shakes. Try the munchers! The food and staff are amazing. My only complaint is the parking lot is so small so if there are 4 other cars in the drive thru, you may have to drive around the block a few times.

Someone that worked at this location and got a feel for everything
The managers here are absolutely A+, they care, they want you to get exactly what you want in a timely and orderly fashion
But it's not completely up to them to do that
Lazy lil cooks, lazy lil front of house, people just watching the time go by
Fast food is completely it's own animal
Convenience is one thing, but being able to feel like you are genuinely taken care of is a whole different thing
I think this location does it's absolute best to do that exactly“

I have seen Blake the manager work the lines during busy periods (leading by example). Really seems like it would be a good place to work.

That was just today. Everytime I have come it service has been exemplary. Even accomodationing my odd request to not ring the bell when I round up occasionally. I am autistic and although I have very little effects right now, at the end of a hard work day, it is nice to have a bit less sensory input.
Music is always good and at reasonable levels.
Messes from others are always cleaned in a reasonable time.
