“Went in for late lunch and had some issues with getting our order right. They eventually straightened everything out and gave us a coupon for our next meal. Very friendly young folks and great customer service with the corrections. We will be back.“

“Alonso at the W State/Eagle location was great! We had a large order and he is one of the first people to not constantly say is that it after every item. He made sure we had all of our items, asked what sauce we needed and was just super helpful.“

“A McDonalds is a McDonalds, and this one is no different from the rest. Lukewarm fries served with a smile. Okay in a pinch and in a hurry, but I prefer a real fresh ground burger and hot fries. Judging from the lines in the drive through, one has to believe that the food is great.“

“The service here was amazing. I Have lived in Boise for 30 years and I don’t think I’ve ever tried this place. So I’ve really missed out on their amazing customer service and their delicious food. I ordered a double cheeseburger ? fries ?and a drink ? and I was very pleased with the food. I will definitely be back and the customer service I received from the gentleman at the front was amazing. “Have many a memory of coming to Burger 'n Brew with my late Grandmother and Uncle. The food was great when I was a kid and still is to this day. Also for the money it's not a bad price point either. The finger steak dinner comes in around $10.99. things are a bit rundown but I think that's how people like it. It's been the same for as long asI can remember.

All in all, great food, great people, and great memories. Thanks for being a staple of my youth and a nostalgic reminder in my adulthood.“
