“Went in for late lunch and had some issues with getting our order right. They eventually straightened everything out and gave us a coupon for our next meal. Very friendly young folks and great customer service with the corrections. We will be back.“

“The woman who helped me and my boys today at the register was a Rockstar! I asked about the McDonald's happy meal toy collection and she was more than accommodating! I proceeded to take up a bit of her time over these toys before purchasing several. At no point whatsoever did she seem inconvenienced or irritated. She went well above and beyond to make sure I left happy and to get my order correct! People like this, much less employees are rare. I had a very exhausting day and she was the highlight of my day with her positive warm disposition. Job well done girl! And BTW LOVE THE NAILS!

“Alonso at the W State/Eagle location was great! We had a large order and he is one of the first people to not constantly say is that it after every item. He made sure we had all of our items, asked what sauce we needed and was just super helpful.“

“We had an issue with an order error, but didn’t discover it until we got home.
When I called and explained the error, they were very apologetic and made things right.
The manager had awesome customer service and I really appreciated that they went above and beyond to fix the error.

“Went Saturday @1:00pm it was easy to find parking. Almost no line. Waited about 5-8 minutes for food. Not much seating but I did eventually find a seat for 2, the food was so delicious and quality was great. This location has finally gotten less busy after other locations treasure valley have been opened. The wait was ridiculous when it originally opened but now it's reasonable even at peak lunch on Saturday.“
