“I went with my friend for Happy Hour! The margarita I had was excellent! Well balanced flavor! I also had the meatballs as an appetizer. They were perfectly spicy, held together perfectly, size was perfect too! (Yes it does deserve to have 3 “perfect” descriptions). I can’t remember the name of the salad I had, but I told many people that it had a White Balsamic Dressing, it was light and bright, veggies were cool and crispy. I can’t wait to go back! 10/10 will have again!“

“Sip, sip, hooray!! This unexpected basement bar was an incredibly pleasant surprise during our First Thursday excursion DT. The cocktail price points were a relief after visiting neighboring bars asking, per 4 oz cocktail, for more money than what you would pay for a Costco rotisserie chicken, bottle of wine, and enough sides to feed a family of four. The cocktails were oh-so tasty, fresh, and unique without being overdone. Madeline was the incredible bar superstar who concocted magic in our glasses while giving a plethora of Boise entertainment suggestions. The live music was fantastic and the low key atmosphere felt like a friendly hug. An instant favorite! ❤️“

“The Mode is a bar located in downtown Boise, Idaho. The have various drink options, and they are surrounded by other bars, clubs, and restaurants. Indoor and outdoor seating are available, as well as restrooms, and the interior was very nicely decorated. The staff were very helpful. We entered and were told we could choose our seating, then were provided with drink menus. We sat, reviewed the menus and had an employee come to us to take our order. They had unique options, such as my fiance's order of a Japanese Lager, as well as various wines, and more common options of an amaretto sour. When I asked about a couple of the wine options, the server actually provided me with three different shot glasses of wine to sample before I decided on a full glass. The Lager was not my preference, but my fiance seemed to like it, and my friend's amaretto sour was delicious! My wine was also quite good. We sat outdoors and, overall, had a lovely patio experience.“

“The food is very good. We have tried pizza and salads and both were fresh and very tastey. The on-line ordering is horrible. Yesterday we placed a to go order at 3 pm and was told that it would not be ready to pick up until 7 pm, 4 hours later. That is not unusual and sometimes they stop on-line ordering several hours before closing. They either need more ovens, a better system or discontinue take out orders because on-line ordering for take out is very frustrating and annoying.“

“The food and overall atmosphere was great for Sunday brunch, but apparently they employ a DJ to play music on Sundays during brunch which is so loud, it was extremely difficult to carry on a conversation let alone enjoy your meal. My ears are still ringing. My friend and I weren’t the only people in the restaurant requesting the volume to be decreased. Brunch should be a relaxing atmosphere, not feeling like you are at a night club….“

“One of favorite places too dine. Sorry no pics. Never think of it until too late. I had the Pho with short ribs. First time ordering. I usually try something different each time. The short rib melted in your mouth. It is a fusion Asian establishment so aside from sounding contradictory, it isn’t what I would consider authentic Pho. If you don’t smell like pho for a day or two, than I consider it American friendly. 🤓. It was still delicious and fresh ingredients. My wife has her staple Kao Sao (so?). Very tasty. The fresh rolls were also extremely fresh. Toffey (sp?) our hostess was awesome. She spent time with us discussing the menu and the chefs talents which we know first hand. Emily, our waitress was attentive and prompt and provided excellent service. We have never had a bad meal or service here.“

“Celebrating my mom's 70th birthday surrounded by family today was truly special. Instead of cooking, we chose to support a local caterer so we went with Goodwood and it was an excellent choice!

From our initial inquiry to the delivery, their service was top-notch. We indulged in: Spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer, Smoked prime rib and sweet chicken. Smashed potatoes with gravy, Caesar salad, and buttery rolls

“I have to give Dylan credit amazing server in a lot of fun. We had some strange cheese appetizer that I would’ve literally thousand pieces of if I could get away with it. My main course was fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. I find myself eating a lot of the bread too. Lol please please please very great option for lunch. Affordable how are you my company? Enjoy the side salad with soup and I really had to tell you, you should order the nitro cold brew with cream if you need to wake yourself up. There were a lot of new staff training and they handled it exceptionally. Our food was wonderful, I can’t complain about a single thing. We are picky drinkers and they accommodated every request. “Late lunch. Had hot Italian Stromboli and Strozzapreti. For the Stromboli, think Calzone. It was spicy and delicious. The other dish was chicken with pasta, mushrooms, chicken and a white sauce. I just had some that was left over and it is great. They also have a thorough wine list and spirits. Will go again.“
