“I've been wanting to try Cobby's for a long time, but I never got around to it. I finally did, and I can't believe I waited so long! The atmosphere is kind of old school, but I like that. I ordered the club sandwich and potato salad. Both were delicious! Ingredients tasted fresh, and after I ate it, I couldn't wait to get more. I LOVE a good sandwich. So I went back again about a week or so later and ordered the same thing. The sandwich was just as amazing as the first time. I got two different employees each time I went, I wish I had remembered their names because they were both so friendly, and that means so much. Usually, if I go to a place like Subway, the people who work there legitimately act like they hate their life and as if the customer is an inconvenience for even walking in the door. Not at this place, though. It's a great place to get great food and service. I also love that you get a free bag of chips and fruit. I'm definitely going to be a regular now. Thank you, Cobby's!“

“i love the food but we went in at 4:45 and they close at 5:00 on Sunday and everything was covered up and the slicer was in the back and the girl didn't crack a smile the whole time and slowly brought it out. She was mad we were there. I almost asked if we were bothering her. unbelievable. “I haven’t eaten at this location, but one of the employees just made my day. Next door is a UPS store, and as I was unloading a GIGANTIC, unwieldy box from my trunk that weighed around 50 lbs., a Blimpie employee named Tom was walking past, I assume on his break. He could see me struggling to maneuver the box, with 3 young children in tow, and he stopped and offered to help with no hesitation. He carried the box all the way inside and got it up onto the counter for me before shaking my hand and going on his way. This guy is everything that’s right in this world. Thank you Tom“

I wish the sandwich wasn’t $13+ but I guess that’s 2025. A bit cheaper would make this a regular lunch stop vs a once in a while thing.“

“Always a pleasure to go to this warm sandwich deli. I recommend the hook and ladder and the meatball sandwich. I have always enjoyed the brisket sandwich. They come with lots of meat and it’s made fresh. The shop is themed for the local fire department and I just love the sauce bar. I always forget how big the sandwich’s are. In house cookies are yummy and brownies are fun too.“

“Sandwich was good. I got the original 1762. It was delicious but small. For the same price I could get a sandwich twice the size at another chain. But it was good! So I'll be back because of that reason. Service was ok. Things seemed clean and orderly. I've heard the breakfast sandwiches are pretty good as well.“

“I’m from Oregon and our Pita Pit closed and so I was really wanting one. I always get the Chicken Ceasar and it did not disappoint. BUT they’re so small! You used to get a huge one for like $10. Now they’re like $16 and like a little burrito. That was pretty disappointing but still delicious“

So let's say my lunch was less than perfect. Nothing the staff could so anything about, but Subway store designs make noise an issue, even without screaming toddlers.“

The speed is insane, but somehow they don’t mess it up. It’s my no-brainer lunch spot when I want real food fast, without the grease. Simple, solid, and weirdly addictive.“

“I stopped for a sandwich at lunch time on Saturday. It was busy, but they had my sandwich, with custom additions and subtractions, ready by the time I swiped my card. Freaky fast, is right.

The sandwich was about $14 with a $2 tip. There was plenty of meat, just the right amount of condiments, and the bread was chewy without being crusty or dry.

The seating area has multiple tables and a counter seating area. Even though it was packed, there was still plenty of seating.

This was a great value and a solid value for a custom sandwich.“
