I've loved Cobby's since I was a little kid!! I grew up in the Pavilion and we would have Cobby's sandwiches after every game. They're still as wonderful and delicious 40 years later!! Plus they've got the best salad bar in town!!
Traditional sandwich shop that’s been around Boise since I was a teen back in the 70s. Fair pricing and quality ingredients Nice atmosphere. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. handicap accessibility.
