“Shout out to Charlotte and the cook on Saturday 11/16/24. My husband and I decided to stop in for lunch, best decision ever! Food was fast, fresh and she even brought it to our table. It was like magic how fast she had my milkshake made.

“First timers. If you're not careful, you'll drive right by the little place. We live in Coeur d'Alene and had lunch there yesterday. Oh my! If you like burgers, you MUST try this little place. We had the James Dean burger. Strap yourself in and prepare for something special. It "ain't easy to eat - but it's great! And the fries and onion rings are incredible too. By the way, this little burger pit isn't cheap - but considering how much other hamburgers are in today's crazy world - it was worth it and you'll probably take half of it home for later.“

“This is a fun local place where you sit at the counter. They have good quality burgers at a reasonable price, you can get pickles or onions on the burgers. They have a couple of special sauces a hot mustard and a spicy ketchup. Go in and ask about the history of the place, 118 years, and family owned. They don't have fries, but they do have pies!“

We live 45 miles south of Coeur d'Alene, and there really isn't much by way of restaurants, so we enjoy it when my husband can pick up dinner after work and bring it home. Today that was our plan, and that's what we did. But we were very disappointed when they wouldn't let us have my free "birthday burger" unless we dined in the restaurant. I don't get it -- how hard could it be to give a free burger to go instead of waiting on us inside the restaurant? Small thing maybe, but very disappointing. We won't be getting my "free" burger now, because I pretty much never go to Coeur d'Alene. I think Red Robin just lost our business.“

“Stopped in for our first ever Paul Bunyan experience. The food was delicious, cooked to order, and ready pretty quickly. The service was great. The young guy working up front was very personable. The special Huckleberry shake is a must get!“

“This was my second time here, and both times Wuaghneta was my server—she’s amazing! The ambiance is perfect for relaxing, especially today being Father’s Day. I came in just wanting to enjoy the breeze and take in the atmosphere. Wuaghneta was very attentive and kind, even though at first I didn’t plan to order anything. I had a sweet tooth and she offered to add raspberries to the ice cream, which was a great touch. I also had a refreshing non-alcoholic drink. “We brought our granddaughter here for lunch today, and it was worth the wait. The food was fresh and the staff was nice. I felt bad for the staff because there were only two people working in the whole restaurant. The lady at the register ran her tail off and the guy cooking was running back-and-forth between the back, the front and the window. They really could use help. I felt so bad for them. But they were still kind everybody who showed up. Two families walked out because of the wait, but it wasn’t the workers fault, they are understaffed. Maybe a manager could work.“

They didn't just toss my food at me thru the window, they took the time to make eye contact and acknowledge that we are all people. The lady at the speaker and first window was super sweet, and the young man that handed me my food took the 5 extra seconds to make sure my order was right. They were packed but still took the time to make sure I had a great experience, and that helped set my day up in a positive way...thanks team, sometimes it's the little things that matter most!“

“The food was nice and hot, I ordered a $5 biggie meal and the chicken nuggets were over cooked, so those were tossed. The employees at the drive thru were very nice and friendly. I heard rumors of Wendy's doing dynamic pricing, it is nice that has not happened or started at our Wendy's.

Kody graciously repacked everything into a new bag for me and replaced the coffee.
