les urge más personal porque la fila no avanza, tardan demasiado,
absolutely blown away by this place. we got a church split and it was divine! the woman handed us samples of the ice cream, never had pine nut ice cream but now I don't think I can live without it! there snacks also looked heavenly!!! such an amazing place, great prices!
Very dissapointed, storefront was left alone. the two workers sat in the back, waited to be acknowledged had to knock on the door to get any help. Wanted fruit, only had cucumbers and pineapple. Wanted fresas, was out, wanted agua fresca had none, ordered tostilocos, filled it with diced tomatoes and cabbage. No peanuts, cueritos, was actualy gross. Wanted crepas— out! Wanted churros-out. What a waste of time, better off stopping by winco to make it yourself.

La Michoacana Ice Cream Palace offers a wide variety of ice cream options with generous portions at reasonable prices. The location has kid-friendly choices, making it a great spot for families. The staff is friendly and always willing to give samples, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Customers praise the flavorful and creamy ice cream, noting that it never tastes artificial. The shop is known for doing esquites/elotes very well, which is a rare find in town. Popular treats include the mangonada, which combines mango ice cream with line juice, chamoy sauce, and chili-lime seasoning, often described as delicious. The coffee ice cream is also highly recommended, with one customer calling it the best they’ve had. Kids enjoy their chocolate and vanilla cones, while the shop offers many other options and snacks. Despite some long lines and occasional language barriers with employees, the overall experience is positive. The seating area is adequate, though it could use more trash cans and napkin dispensers. Many reviewers expressed happiness with the ice cream, especially the pine nut flavor, and shared enthusiasm about returning to try more treats like the Guanana mangonada and food options.
