“Awesome Cajun style boil! I love to eat here when I need a seafood overdose. Perfect for a casual date night. The clams, crab, prawns and mussels are to die for! However I wish the corn on the cob wasn't frozen, it tends to be mushy. But who cares? The seafood is perfection!“
“We celebrated my brother's 75th birthday. Staff could not have been nicer! Tucanos is a carnivores heaven.. the food bar delivers a great variety. There was a great variety of meat that was delivered warm and with friendly conversation. Great day!“
“Kahoooooooooootz! My husband and I loved this place and will be back. The dining room is super cozy! Wooden booths with privacy and lots of cool signage on the walls. Our server Deven was THE MAN. Fast, kind, attentive, all around A+ guy. Now, to the food. We ordered the pterodactyl wings (took 3 home, they’re huge!) They were perfectly cooked and had a little kick to them. I had the pork chop with sweet potato casserole which was amazing! My husband has the picanha with mashed potatoes and cleaned his plate. Overall this was a fantastic time and we can’t wait to return! Thanks again, Deven!“
“I used to go to this place in the past when it was JB's and it seems to have retained the quality I'd find when I went there before. Food is still good, as is the service, and if I lived closer I'd probably go more often. I have since moved further away.“
“Whatever the bad reviews say, they are entitled and have way too high expectations. This place is good. Service was good, atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was freaking good. I got a catfish poboy, super simple but it was fried so good. The piña coladas were amazing. The other big basket with the snow crab, craw fish, and muscles was good as well. It is a bit pricey, but over all I’d go again.“

Thank you.Vegetarian options: They have menu options but they are happy to accommodate any special requests. They are great at it. Just tell them what you need and if they can they will accommodate it.“
“The food was excellent and our server was superb !! However, the young man who seated us must have been having a bad day. As he showed us to a table, I asked if there were any booths available. He replied rather snappish , "Not at this time." Though clearly booths were available in the same section. As our server arrived to take our drink order, she was more than happy and accommodating to move us 2 places over to an available booth. Once again, I'm sorry he was having a bad day. But, perhaps he should seek a different line of employment if he can't handle such a simple request. I'm thankful I did not allow his sour attitude ruin my birthday dinner with my polite ex military boyfriend (who could have knocked the wind out of his smart mouth) in about 5 seconds.“
“Great place. I was impressed. Outdoor seating, bar seating and several dining rooms. Tuesdays feature a taco bar with all you can eat tacos. Yum. The Al Pastor was excellent. I watched the table next to me as they ordered tableside guacamole. A chef came out of the kitchen and made it to order right there. Wow!“
