“We absolutely LOVE this place. The ambience is so refreshing. I feel like we step into a different world whenever we visit. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. They have a great variety of plants, and the boutique is so much fun. I always find something I just can’t live without. My teen daughter and I enjoy grabbing a drink from the coffee bar and wandering around. They even helped our daughter with a school assignment for her horticulture class. This place is a special retreat and I’m so glad they are in my neighborhood.“

“I go to Dutch Bros in Nampa almost every morning and get the same drink; Americano with cream and caramel. Today it tasted off and I didn’t notice until I was on my way to work in meridian. I arrived to work early so decided to go to Dutch Bros on ustick and Eagle rd and they replaced it at no extra cost, and with the best customer service, asking me to try it before leaving. He not only handled it kindly, he said I’ll just go make that. The vibe is chill, the music’s good, and the baristas are always friendly without being over the top. It’s a nice balance between energy and laid-back service. Drive-thru is fast, and they actually get my order right every time. The quality’s there, and it feels like they care about the details. Definitely one of my favorite stops for a solid coffee fix.“

“Amazing and beautiful people, absurdly kind and patient. One of the guys, I didn't get his name, was so kind he gave me a discount on my coffee when i was short money, i don't want him to get in any trouble, on the contrary! Such kindness deserves a raise or a healthy bonus! When I came in today, I wanted to try something new. I'm a regular so they see me quite often, but it took me awhile to decide what new drink I'd like to try. Despite being obviously shortstaffed, poor things I've been there, were so patient with me and offered suggestions! I ended up with one of their suggestions, but not after they offered a sample of it to see if I'd like it! I missed their names as well, but they were just so nice they deserve a raise or something! I love coming here before work, especially right before a hard shift, these guys are so wonderful, I hope they start taking tips from cards or get bigger tip jars because they deserve it!“

“I have had Black Rock Coffee in both Oregon and Washington before and every time the Blackout is amazing! It’s good iced, blended or hot. Today, I had an iced one paired with a cream cheese Asiago bagel. Although, my bagel wasn’t as warm as I would have liked the flavor was great! I will definitely be getting their coffee again.“

“This Starbucks location is my absolute favorite in the Treasure Valley. It is conveniently located, but beyond that, unlike other locations this location makes my nitro cold brews w/ vanilla sweet cream very consistently. At other locations, the drink tastes different almost every time. Here it tastes the same virtually every time I order it.Like many Starbucks their drive through and dine in is often extremely packed- yet these folks somehow never seem stressed. I think this is the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to.They consistently welcome you when you walk in the door, call you by name if they know it, are friendly at the register, friendly at drink pickup, friendly over the intercom and window at the drive through- doesn't matter how busy it is.Random fact: one time I brought my son here and he threw up while eating at one of the tables. One of the busy workers baristas here immediately dropped what he was doing to help grab me some cleaning supplies. I didn't want him having to touch my kid's vomit, but he was happy to keep bring me towels and whatever I needed. Amazing service.“

“I read the other reviews and don't understand why there are many mean ones D: this location is the best compared to anyone I've ever been to, staff is the sweetest and i go there purely to see them. I've been a regular at many places and different Starbucks locations and none of them even remembered my name but my girls here make me feel so welcomed and loved!
