“This is a fairly new dairy Queen. It's good service. I don't really eat dairy Queen food so I can't say much about that except for cheese curds. I love the cheese curds but mostly what I get. There is a hot fudge sundae or a blizzard. They're quick. They're friendly and it's a nice clean store. It's not very big. There might be like 10 tables. But their actual booths, not those really crappy dairy Queen booths like the one up in Caldwell. These you can actually sit at. So yeah this is a good dairy Queen to go to“

“I’m not quite sure who made my white mocha this morning, but WOW, it was SO good. I’m not a huge fan of coffee, but I would drink one of the white mochas every single day as long as it’s from Middleton Espresso! They are always so friendly and fast, and even offer a stamp card for frequent customers like myself! Thank you ALL!“

“We had a very large order tonight, 5 meals, tacos, mini tacos, meals with specifications, we are not an easy family when it comes to ordering and often get frustrated. WOW! We were so impressed! The service was fantastic, the workers were nice and efficient, we received all of our order with zero mess ups. I know this should be normal but unfortunately it is not so I'm so impressed when things go this well. Additionally, our food was hot and tasty! Best experience from a JITB in the Valley!“

“My family and I went to eat here on a Sunday evening for an early dinner. I highly recommend calling ahead to see if there is a wait. This seems to be a popular place. We went around 4-5pm. As the evening goes on, it becomes busier, and it was nice to enjoy the quieter setting before things pick up. Their wait staff are attentive and kind. They work hard and make sure you are taken care of without over bugging you! The style of the restaurant is unique and clever, including artwork with cows, aliens, and a mix of farmhouse. The misfit and retro style seems to work for them. When the weather permits, they have a roll-up door in the front half of the restaurant that gives you a nice breeze of fresh air. I love their atmosphere. I had their Pineapple Express burger and fries. I 10/10 recommended this burger (personally I take off the mustard aioli or have it on the side)! This burger has so much flavor between the burger, ham, pineapple, and I like it with the pickles. Perfect hidden gem for Nampa!“

“Well, this is definately one of my favorite local restaurants when it comes to burgers and fries, but today I took my uncle here to celebrate his birthday, and the customer service/cahier gal "Maddy" just 'launched' our lunch date into a fun and delightful experience today. I have to say she stands out as the most personable and gracious and fun cashier & server I've experienced there, and she really just elevated celebrating uncle's birthday! “Love the freshly cooked hamburgers and fresh condiments on it every time. The burgers are always juicy with tons of flavor. I like that they allow you to add any standard condiments that you want, no extra charge. The french fries are also awesome, always fresh, hot and crispy.“

“I placed a catering order with Chick-fil-A Nampa last week and could not be more impressed with how it all went. Within minutes of placing my order someone called to verify allergies and reassure me that the food would be handled so there was no cross contamination. When I arrived to pick up my catering order it was hot and fresh and packed perfectly per our many requests. The staff truly went the extra mile and did a fantastic job. There was even a hand written thank you note inside the bag. I will definitely be using their catering services again.“

“this Carl's in Nampa by Winco. we use to go to the one on 10th Ave. Caldwell. I would have never guessed there would be a difference. but there is. Debra the manager is top notch. she remembers me from years back. I can recommend this Carl's Jr.“

“Driving by, you wouldn't think much of this place, but you'd be wrong some of the best Mexican food in Nampa. You can not go wrong with stopping in here.

Parking: I have plenty of parking in the parking lot

Kid-friendliness: I think they have a kids menu but if not I'm sure you could split anything that you get there amongst two children and still have leftovers.

Wheelchair accessibility: Play a handicap spaces as for inside the restaurant I cannot say too much about that I've never been in there I usually go through the drive-thru“

“The employees were very friendly and efficient when taking my order. I had a 3 piece chicken strip box with fries. The chicken strips were hot, crispy and cooked perfectly. The fries were cooked perfectly to. It came with a sundae and drink all for $7.00. Love this location cause theyare always friendly and they make sure you're orders correct.“

“The service was so fast. We have 5 kids and sometimes it takes a lot to order but the person taking our order was kind patient and thorough. Our food was received fast. The guy that helped called my husband sir which is so rare and gentleman like of himself and Skylar was top notch. Some of our food was almost missed and before we left the parking lot she ran out to us to make sure we got what we ordered. You just don’t see that kind of service since covid. “I frequent this Jersey Mike’s often, and the customer service has always been great. However, my recent visit stood out in such a meaningful way that I wanted to share it.

An elderly gentleman came in believing he had placed an online order, but it hadn’t actually gone through. The staff kindly helped him complete the order and quickly made his sandwich. When he realized it came with toppings he didn’t want, he became frustrated. Instead of brushing him off, the young man who is often behind the counter slicing meats (possibly a manager) stepped in with patience and professionalism.

He calmly explained how the online ordering system works, reassured the gentleman, and even remade the sandwich exactly the way he wanted. He took the time to walk him through what went wrong and how to avoid the issue in the future. Watching him de-escalate the situation with so much kindness was truly touching for me and my daughter to witness.

Unfortunately, genuine customer service like this is rare these days, so I want to give kudos to that young man and the management team. Excellent job!“

One female was working all alone. I can tell that they needed someone reliable like Dustin to be there. A person who takes pride in there job! This new generation does not take pride in their work. We need more hardworking Americans like Dustin and that lady who was alone at the Caldwell llocation.“
