I've been here 5 times now. This is the FIRST time someone greeted me. This is the FIRST TIME there wasn't a collection of 3 or more employees standing chatting while I waited.
Restaurant was clean service was fast got our meals quickly.
This location didn't come up on Google for the one in the Palouse Mall area. The one at the University of Idaho isn't currently open.

Chick-fil-A has a limited menu, but the staff are always friendly. The food is consistently good, although a bit greasy, and the waffle fries are a highlight. Be prepared for varying wait times, and long lines around noon. The restaurant has some gluten-free options, but cross-contamination is a risk. Overall, it's a convenient spot to grab a meal, but may not be ideal for those with severe dietary restrictions.
