“We were greeted nicely even we came in. The gal informed us that they were out of white bread which was ok because we get wheat anyway. It was an exciting purchase for me because I got the BOGO offer for the name of the day... my name starts with "D"! Pretty cool!

I walk in I am greeted by every member of the crew I order a giant 13 Mike's way no lettuce no juice add pickles banana peppers and mayo the one on the slicer this evening which I believe was the night manager was very inviting we talk sports every member of the crew had a smile on their face I would recommend the sandwich shop to everyone I know and I will definitely be coming back oh and they're always stocked on their mini cookies brownies and regular chocolate chip cookies which are always delicious“

“I will NEVER deal with this Jimmy John's again! Rude service! I needed 70 sandwiches made for a group of boys traveling through, in a bind, I needed them quick in a hour. I first called the 5th Street location which was WONDERFUL, helped me get the order going. Not being from Pocatello, I did not realize they were so far off the freeway. I called, told them my dilema and it would add 30 minutes to the boys travels. They told me no problem, they would void my order and to call the Chubbuck location. Extremely rude gentleman answered the phone, I tried to place the order. Told him 70 sandwiches. I thought he asked me to repeat the number and I said 70. He raised his voice, said "HELLO?! I can't do that order!" I told him the conversation I had with the 5th Street store and I was told to call them, said he did not care what the 5th street store said, he did not have the time to do this order. FREAKY FAST does not pertain to the Chubbuck Jimmy Johns. Even if they were slammed and could not do the order, this gentleman was extremely rude! Fortunately, Subway took the order the boys got fed!“
