“First timers. If you're not careful, you'll drive right by the little place. We live in Coeur d'Alene and had lunch there yesterday. Oh my! If you like burgers, you MUST try this little place. We had the James Dean burger. Strap yourself in and prepare for something special. It "ain't easy to eat - but it's great! And the fries and onion rings are incredible too. By the way, this little burger pit isn't cheap - but considering how much other hamburgers are in today's crazy world - it was worth it and you'll probably take half of it home for later.“

“we've been to this location many times without a negative experience. tonight we ordered onion rings, we've loved them on prior visits. upon arrival at our table it was very obvious they were WAY overcooked. we normally scarf them down because they're so good.we ate 2 of them but left the rest. we mentioned it to waiter when he asked if we were ready for our check and he said, "ya those are way overcooked ". He shouldn't have served them in the first place. 10% was taken from total bill but should have been 100% deducted. very disappointing. 1/2 the fatty part of my bacon wasn't cooked! had to pull it off!“

“This is a fun local place where you sit at the counter. They have good quality burgers at a reasonable price, you can get pickles or onions on the burgers. They have a couple of special sauces a hot mustard and a spicy ketchup. Go in and ask about the history of the place, 118 years, and family owned. They don't have fries, but they do have pies!“

“Red Robin has been our "go-to" for years, especially for take-out. We live 45 miles south of Coeur d'Alene, and there really isn't much by way of restaurants, so we enjoy it when my husband can pick up dinner after work and bring it home. Today that was our plan, and that's what we did. But we were very disappointed when they wouldn't let us have my free "birthday burger" unless we dined in the restaurant. I don't get it -- how hard could it be to give a free burger to go instead of waiting on us inside the restaurant? Small thing maybe, but very disappointing. We won't be getting my "free" burger now, because I pretty much never go to Coeur d'Alene. I think Red Robin just lost our business.“

This is highly processed non food and there is no justification for such high prices, this makes it impossible for low income people to access even if they wanted to. Summer of 2024 Went through the drive through and had a large order of ice cream, blizzards, slushes, burgers and sides. “I hit the drive thru for breakfast yesterday, and the entire staff was in a great mood! They didn't just toss my food at me thru the window, they took the time to make eye contact and acknowledge that we are all people. The lady at the speaker and first window was super sweet, and the young man that handed me my food took the 5 extra seconds to make sure my order was right. They were packed but still took the time to make sure I had a great experience, and that helped set my day up in a positive way...thanks team, sometimes it's the little things that matter most!“
