“First timers. If you're not careful, you'll drive right by the little place. We live in Coeur d'Alene and had lunch there yesterday. Oh my! If you like burgers, you MUST try this little place. We had the James Dean burger. Strap yourself in and prepare for something special. It "ain't easy to eat - but it's great! And the fries and onion rings are incredible too. By the way, this little burger pit isn't cheap - but considering how much other hamburgers are in today's crazy world - it was worth it and you'll probably take half of it home for later.“

I have never been somewhere and had that offered. . .so believe me when I say my jaw hit the floor - fabulous service for sure and we will be back!“

“we've been to this location many times without a negative experience. tonight we ordered onion rings, we've loved them on prior visits. upon arrival at our table it was very obvious they were WAY overcooked. we normally scarf them down because they're so good.we ate 2 of them but left the rest. we mentioned it to waiter when he asked if we were ready for our check and he said, "ya those are way overcooked ". “We've been wanting to try Hudson's Hamburgers for a while, and finally got the opportunity. Cool, nostalgic atmosphere with a simple menu. Burgers are basic: patty (or double), cheese (or no cheese), dill pickles, and onion. Really good, juicy burger. We will definitely be going back!“

“Red Robin has been our "go-to" for years, especially for take-out. We live 45 miles south of Coeur d'Alene, and there really isn't much by way of restaurants, so we enjoy it when my husband can pick up dinner after work and bring it home. Today that was our plan, and that's what we did. But we were very disappointed when they wouldn't let us have my free "birthday burger" unless we dined in the restaurant. I don't get it -- how hard could it be to give a free burger to go instead of waiting on us inside the restaurant? Small thing maybe, but very disappointing. We won't be getting my "free" burger now, because I pretty much never go to Coeur d'Alene. I think Red Robin just lost our business.“

“We’ve been talking about trying this place out for a few years. Finally decided to give it a try. WOW - what a great meal. Atmosphere was a little rustic, but the service was great; food was out of this world good!!! Three of us had three different things, and none of us was disappointed. A little on the pricey side, but well worth the extra couple of bucks for the meals. We’re looking forward to our next visit and taking friends and family with us. Highly recommend“

“No, I don't like reviewing chains, but oh well. The younger folks of our outing wanted to try them on a post-Christmas bargain shopping day, and I'll never turn a burger away. They were fine. I've had them before in AZ, and this one stands up well to the franchise. Where my heart puts up a fifth-star, is they hire special needs kids, and have them front and center with us patrons. They all did great, and Freddy's was getting creamed on a late lunch/busy holiday weekday. We've raised two Special Olympians in our house, and it's so nice to see management here give opportunities for folks to be productive citizens. Oh, and the fried Cheese Curds were chewy awesomeness. “Went to Applebees for a last minute late night date night. Always have good food and easy service. However, just wanted to give a shout out to the manager Akira. She went above and beyond for us tonight. We showed up around 9:30/10pm on a Wednesday night and the place was slammed. They only had a few servers working. We honestly did not wait much longer than usual for seating and the food may have taken a little longer to come out, but we understood it was busy so it wasn’t upsetting us at all. Akira was constantly checking on us, refilling our drinks, and even comped us a desert for our patience in waiting for the night. Even though it was slammed and I’m sure she was overwhelmed and tired, she was happy, energetic, and very grateful pleasant to be around. “Trying out Roger’s Burgers with family as a place none of us have had burgers from before. I have been to the one downtown (walk up) but only for drinks or ice cream (and it’s good). At the Government Way location, the customer service was excellent and food served quickly, Mike the Manager was friendly and attentive and had a positive demeanor. Employees appeared to be enjoying their work. Our burgers were flavorful and fresh, lots of fries, and several dip sauce flavors to choose from. They serve Coke products which is plus for our family. We all enjoyed and will be back, my son bought another cheeseburger to take with him on the way out!“

“This location is clean. The food was excellent for fast food. Everything was as advertised. The food came out quickly even though it is a busy location.

Out of character a bit, but I asked for the name of the gentleman at the register so I could mention him here. Mike was incredibly welcoming, kind, a great example of exceptional customer service. He even brings food out to customers' tables when able.

I may never come through this area again, but people like Mike remind me of human kindness.

I would give the service and the atmosphere five stars but occasionally their there are staff that give me weird looks that say things about me when they think I can't hear what they're saying in the back room and I I wouldn't necessarily call that professional. “We brought our granddaughter here for lunch today, and it was worth the wait. The food was fresh and the staff was nice. I felt bad for the staff because there were only two people working in the whole restaurant. The lady at the register ran her tail off and the guy cooking was running back-and-forth between the back, the front and the window. They really could use help. I felt so bad for them. But they were still kind everybody who showed up. Two families walked out because of the wait, but it wasn’t the workers fault, they are understaffed. Maybe a manager could work.“
