“My family loves coming here! Last time we came Ms.Donna was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She made sure everything came out right, and provided excellent service with a positive attitude. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and the whole restaurant has a great atmosphere. My son loves the Parmesan wings. 10/10! Thanks to Donna and the team for making our visit so enjoyable, we'll definitely be back!”

“I had an event with 60 people at the end of March 2026. I placed a large catering order and was so happy with the process and service. The staff members had lots of walkin customers that day, but still got my very large order done. My phone was out of commission when they left of voicemail about a slight delay. I didn't know there would be a delay at pick up. When I arrived for pick up early and was a bit stressed with news of a delay, they were patient and kind in their response.
I only had to wait a few more minutes for them to finish cubing some cheese for the 7th and final platter.
My guests loved the meat and cheese platters, the tray of wraps and the dessert trays. The people of Port of Subs in Rexburg made my event a success!”

“I love Kainoa’s, 10/10 recommend. We have eaten there since they opened their doors. We had dinner there recently. Our food was not all the way done. HOWEVER… the owner is amazing and quickly responded and fixed the problem. So I still 10/10 recommend as they are so kind and quick to fix errors made and to ensure that they don’t make the same mistakes. Wonderful customer service with yummy and filling food! “One of our favorite places. We love the sandwiches. I love that they have sprouts.i like pastrami with peppered bacon. The grilled cheese is good. Love the sourdough bread. Our favorite treats are a tart peach with raspberries blender and a root beer freeze. It's like a root float blended together.”

“There still is hope for humanity. As lyndie ( my 7yo daughters) realized that her new color ring was missing tonight, we back tracked to Freddy's. When Brook Johns ( my wife) begged to go through the garbage to try to find it, the manager wouldn't let her, rather he insisted he do it. Unfortunately, the ring wasn't found so we turned around and headed home again. About 15 minutes later the same manager called to say they found it in another garbage can in the bathroom. Alligator tears turned to tears of joy. Going above and beyond for a7 year old is priceless and so amazing to be a part of. Thank you Freddy's in rexburg for saving the night for us all!!”

“Excellent service. Great food easy to get to always consistent. I eat their once or twice a month. Depends on in a situation when I eat there. Every month at least once I never had anything taken back a reasonably priced. It's comfortable.”

“When my daughter went 1,400 miles away to attend college, I worried how I’d make her birthdays special, especially that first year. My prayers were answered when I found Rexburg Cakes! Constance has always been so open to making all my ideas happen. She allowed me to ship items directly to her house so it could be part of the plan. She personally coordinated delivering the cake to my daughter, snaps a pic and sends it to me. Talk about going above and beyond! Each cake was beautiful, delicious and carefully crafted. She was always responsive through the planning. I made sure I booked early because I know she’s a small business and I wanted the BEST!! We will always be grateful for everything she did to make birthdays away from home special.”

“I absolutely love this place. As a sugar cookie fan, THIS SUGAR COOKIE BEATS THEM ALL! It’s better than all the other places for sure.

One time I came in with cash, and I was 16 ish cents off (more than what’s allowed with the take a penny rule generally) and the person working (a kind older lady) told me not to worry about it. I think she may have been working with her grandkids there? I don’t know for sure, but it was just a wholesome, kind experience.

After you walk through the door, go to the right to the diner area. It's a really small diner that kind of leans, but that's OK. The lady there is a one-woman show. She does it all, and it turns out to be really good tasting, and it's for a good price as well.”

“Not only did I get three glorious pizzas that were ready on time, but as I walked into the store, a hand popped up from behind the counter waving and saying hi to me by name. I approached the counter to see if Papa Murphy's was employing Santa's elves during the summer months, but that didn't make much sense, because I'm on the naughty list, so they never greet me in such a friendly way.
Turns out, it was someone way cooler than any elf. It was Eliza!
Eliza and her awesome co-workers were super cheerful, and I was thrilled to know I was getting pizza made with the same joy and skill that Santa's elves have when making toys.
Come to think of it, if the manager came down my chimney every Christmas Eve and put a pizza in my oven, I'd probably try to get back on the nice list.

“Wow...what a pleasant surprise to find such high-quality food at a small hospital café! I had the grilled turkey sandwich on sourdough, which was absolutely melt-in-your mouth delicious! I wanted some raw veggies on the side (not on the menu), and the staff went looking for some and found some for me...what great service! My kids recommended the cafe when I was going to leave the hospital to get some lunch. They said that their multiple experiences in the café during a stay were also excellent! Highly recommend!”

“A good selection of foods. The place was clean & beautiful with great ambiance and the service is attentive and cheerful. The pesto shrimp fettuccine was excellent--the shrimp was fried on one side only and was not overdone. The chicken alfredo was disappointing as it had TOO MUCH parmesan on it which made it thick, gummy and rather dry. It would have been better with a light cream sauce and a sprinkling of parmesan. Alfredos are usually made with a cream sauce. The Caesar salad was interesting with fried capers substituted for anchovies; it gave it the right amount of saltiness without being overpowering.”

“This is one of my favorite Starbucks! Absolutely all of the seating is comfortable, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. Nice subdued lighting, soft music, very nice.

The service is friendly and accommodating. Everyone is helpful, and wants to get it right. I ordered my oatmeal latte no foam and extra wet, and it had foam, so I let them know, and it was no problem. They said sorry and made it right.

Our favorite barista is Lainee. She's friendly and endearing, and brought our coffees to the table. They weren't very busy so she visited with us for at least 5 minutes. So sweet.

Jocelyn is also very friendly and welcoming, with a bright smile. Very helpful.

If you're in Rexburg and get a hankering for coffee, you should stop at this comfy, relaxing, friendly Starbucks, where getting it right matters to the staff.
