“As a family of burger lovers, we're always on the lookout for a great burger spot, so we decided to give Burger Theory a try after hearing good things about it.

The first thing I noticed when we walked in was the atmosphere. It's very dark and dimly lit. For some people, that may create a nice romantic vibe, but it felt a little unusual to me since most of the customers around us were families. Not necessarily a negative, just something I noticed.

We each ordered burgers, and I decided to be adventurous and try one topped with cream cheese. New restaurant, new topping—why not? Unfortunately, I quickly learned that hot cream cheese is not for me. The flavor was very different from what I expected and had a metallic taste that I found off-putting. After a few bites, I couldn't finish my burger. That's entirely a personal preference issue, though, and not something I'd hold against the restaurant.

Now let's talk about the fries.

The fries are absolutely fantastic. The house seasoning is incredible, and honestly, it's what I've been thinking about ever since. In fact, as I'm writing this review, I'm considering going back tomorrow just to order wings and ask if they'll toss them in that fry seasoning. It's that good.

Our waiter was also excellent. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks never sat empty. What really stood out was that he always asked if we wanted a refill instead of automatically bringing one. That may seem like a small thing, but we really appreciated it. Too often servers assume an empty glass means you want another drink, and then you feel bad if it goes untouched. Taking the extra moment to ask made us feel like he was paying attention to us as people rather than just mechanically refilling cups.

It's those little details that make a difference, and Burger Theory seems to understand that.

While my burger choice wasn't a winner for me personally, the service, fries, and overall experience were enough to make us want to come back. We look forward to trying more of the menu soon.“

“Just went through the drive through close to 11 at night and that night crew is great! Super friendly, fast, and just straight up amazing! One worker stood out and his name was Rey. Rey was over the top welcoming and friendly. He spoke to me like I had been a homie for life! He made sure to give the best customer service possible! Please give that man a raise!🙌“

“Surprisingly the food was really good. The last time I had burger king was at the one at 17th and I ended up throwing it away. The only thing was that the fries were a little salty but other than that is was great. Oh and I gave the atmosphere 3 stars because there was a lot of mosquitoes at the drive thru.“

“Visiting from Arizona and lucked out with Chloe at Firehouse Grill. She was basically doing two jobs at once and still had time to be attentive, playful, and super knowledgeable. She even charmed our granddaughter (future regular in the making!). Chloe brought the perfect mix of sass and fun—service that made the meal just as good as the food. Give that girl a cape, she’s a superhero!“

“Yesterday got the email to try the NEW Steakhouse Burger this week. Not on menu til next week. My Red Robin in Idaho Falls told me I was the 1st to try. This burger is HUGE. Loaded with sauteed mushrooms, onion straws, bacon, steak sauce, cheese & thinly sliced jalapenos. It was sooo juicy. Definately a 2 napkin burger. Love my Bonzai burger, but this is now right at the top with it.“

“Still great to eat quality doesn’t seem the same we went because we had coupons because I had drove an hour back home. Forgot half the order they were slammed but they made it right mistakes happen just always disappointing when you don’t get what you pay for the made it right. They apologized gave a little extra for the inconvenience they made the mistake right. However they where three of us the last one grabbed a kids meal so they turned the coupon on the bag for an ice cream after waiting over an hour (this time wasn’t busy we had got take out before dined in this time) we had stuff to do and just asked for the coupon back 1 hour for ice cream doesn’t cut when you do construction or ag work as the season doesn’t permit much free time“

“My friend and I drove from camping in Wyoming to Idaho to catch a flight and decided to get food and it was delicious!! I got a small Philly cheesesteak and she got a chicken avocado sandwich! We had a lady up there that helped us while picking up our orders, and she even offered us to go sauce cups for condiments we were looking at!“

“Yummy food. We had the fish sandwich (added pickles), regular burger (added lettuce), fries, and tots. I thought it was a little unusual that the burger didn't come with lettuce. We were charged .50 to add it. We were also charged .50 to add pickles to the fish sandwich, but I understood that a little more. If I'm ever able to go back, I'd love to try the milkshakes.“

“Love this place. Before I moved here, prior residence, was looking for a good burger place to have lunch with my work buddies as a goodbye meal. This was in TX! My brother in law took me here for me and my wifes first visit from them. Blown away they had one here so close. The fry thing was fun in TX but to see what farm they come from at there place...how cool! Great place, great service, great food! Employees are upbeat and fun!“

Was VERY polite, so friendly and took care of the issue efficiently, and professionally. Very happy with the overall service. “It's Wendy's the food is the same at all of them. We stop in on our way to a concert and the guy up front would tell the rest of the crew how many people walked in and they acted a little upset that they were going to have to do something. We will probably choose a different place to go the next we are in the area.“

“I’m not a big review guy unless it’s truly deserved. I want to make sure and give Peyton the credit he deserves. You don’t expect above and beyond service from any restaurant that is closing. Peyton was super cheerful and had a great attitude and answered my dumb questions about their new shake. He was hustling when I arrived, took my order, and got right back to it while I waited. He noticed I waited a tad bit longer than normal and went out of his way to make me a complimentary shake and sauces on the house. In a world where every cup of ranch cost $20 mentioned it was their way of making up for the wait. It was a genuine and pleasantly surprising experience. Shout out to Peyton at Jack in the Box.
