He had to finish talking crap about another coworker before he came up. Didn't greet me, just stood in silence, then leaned on the counter the entire time taking my order. Not very professional.“

“Love this place. Before I moved here, prior residence, was looking for a good burger place to have lunch with my work buddies as a goodbye meal. This was in TX! My brother in law took me here for me and my wifes first visit from them. Blown away they had one here so close. The fry thing was fun in TX but to see what farm they come from at there place...how cool! Great place, great service, great food! Employees are upbeat and fun!“

“Both my daughter and I tried the chicken cordon bleu burger and mozzarella cheese sticks today, and of course a funnel cake and all I can say is we wish we would have known about this food truck when they first opened. This was the first time trying them out. They are by far the best gluten free food we have ever had. You can’t even tell they are gluten free. I highly recommend trying them, and the customer service is beyond exceptional.“

“It was just ok... we waited along time as we watched all the cars being pulled on DT and they got there food....the fries were cold and I didn't appreciate having to pay for fry sauce when I order fries...my chicken sandwich was ok but had to go get mayo which they gave me 4 I only needed one! “I recently swung by the drive-thru and was greeted by a team of smiling faces that instantly brightened my day! My order was almost perfect, but I noticed I was short one Egg McMuffin. No biggie—I headed inside to sort it out.

The moment I walked in, the positive vibes were contagious! The staff was joking around and having a great time. They quickly apologized for the mistake and, to my surprise, offered me a FREE caramel frappe. Talk about turning a small mishap into a delightful experience!

“Arby's (american roast beef yes sir) is probably my favorite fast-food store. Beef & Cheddar, roast beef au jus, Reuben, & roast chicken sandwiches that are out of this world. There are two Arby's , in the Pocatello area (1] 4501 Yellowstone, 2] 791 Yellowstone Ave). Enjoy?“

“I just went through the drive thru and Collin was the employee working. I loved the fact that when I first pulled up, he instantly greeted me and asked for me to be patient as they were busy. Couple minutes later, he greeted me again and asked me what I would like. I asked a few questions about a product and he was very thorough with his answer. Placed my order, pulled around to the window to pay and again he was very polite young man. I even told him that he has been the best drive-through employee that I have ever have at any fast food location very impressed with him.“

“I don’t know what was different tonight or if anything has changed in the recent weeks with the staff and crew at DQ, but HOLY SMOKES our experience tonight was amazing! We frequent usually for a quick treat and though we haven’t had a “bad” experience here, the service and overall experience is usually “ordinary” but nothing that made me want to rush to write a review, until now! Tonight we received the best service, fresh and well wrapped food items, blizzards that look like the commercials and can’t wait to stop again soon. Keep it up! 💪“
