“I frequent this Jersey Mike’s often, and the customer service has always been great. However, my recent visit stood out in such a meaningful way that I wanted to share it.

An elderly gentleman came in believing he had placed an online order, but it hadn’t actually gone through. The staff kindly helped him complete the order and quickly made his sandwich. When he realized it came with toppings he didn’t want, he became frustrated. Instead of brushing him off, the young man who is often behind the counter slicing meats (possibly a manager) stepped in with patience and professionalism.

He calmly explained how the online ordering system works, reassured the gentleman, and even remade the sandwich exactly the way he wanted. He took the time to walk him through what went wrong and how to avoid the issue in the future. Watching him de-escalate the situation with so much kindness was truly touching for me and my daughter to witness.

Unfortunately, genuine customer service like this is rare these days, so I want to give kudos to that young man and the management team. Excellent job!“

“Having had to change my diet to gluten free items, it has been had to fine good pizza options. Mancino’s has a delicious gluten free crust that is fluffy and tastes amazing. I order the veggie pizza and was not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and I got my order quickly.“

“This Blimpie store on Main St in Meridian is so good; clean; efficient and loaded with friendly staff! Our orders are always done the way WE LIKE THEM! The staff are always friendly. Our to go orders are correct. When we order food for our helpful worker-friends, they've loved it all! The Moxie Java that's also there makes this Blimpie location perfect. The management staff are terrific, too. Keep up the standard of excellence, cause it shows!“

“I’m from Oregon and our Pita Pit closed and so I was really wanting one. I always get the Chicken Ceasar and it did not disappoint. BUT they’re so small! You used to get a huge one for like $10. Now they’re like $16 and like a little burrito. That was pretty disappointing but still delicious“

Their kind and thoughtful attitude stood out immediately—they were warm, attentive, and truly took pride in every part of the service.

Shannon was incredibly patient and personable, making sure my order was exactly how I wanted it while keeping a friendly conversation going. Alakai put so much care into crafting my sandwich that it honestly looked like something straight from an ad—fresh, neat, and made with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find employees who take that much pride in their work these days.

Both of them worked together seamlessly, creating one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. They turned a simple stop for a sandwich into something genuinely enjoyable. Shannon and Alakai deserve to be recognized for their exceptional professionalism, kindness, and the positive environment they create for customers.

“My husband and I stopped in for a sandwich for y husband. We were greeted right away by the two ladies working. Came to find out that they were the manager (Connie) and Marie. Both were very friendly and helpful as my husband is very picky on how his sandwich is made. Marie was very patient with him. “I had a great time checking out that cute guy at the drive-through, Miguel. I asked for his number, but he said he had a girlfriend :( I definitely will be returning, maybe in a few months to see if they have broken up. The sandwich was also good I guess.“

“I ordered the outlaw with olives and less sauce (added some Doritos on top). It had a very good flavor, but the sauce is a little spicy with a strong smoke flavor. I was glad I went light as it was well balanced. The guys at the counter were super friendly and the place was pleasantly clean for a fast food restaurant.“

“My grandma in law (80 year old) and me (8 months pregnant) went in today with a long order of 6 sandwiches, the gentleman that served us was very patient and understanding even as the line grew behind us. “I stopped for a sandwich at lunch time on Saturday. It was busy, but they had my sandwich, with custom additions and subtractions, ready by the time I swiped my card. Freaky fast, is right.

The sandwich was about $14 with a $2 tip. There was plenty of meat, just the right amount of condiments, and the bread was chewy without being crusty or dry.

The seating area has multiple tables and a counter seating area. Even though it was packed, there was still plenty of seating.

This was a great value and a solid value for a custom sandwich.“
