“Fast & fresh food! Loved the sautéed greens (so good to get greens in), Sri Lankan dhal soup (such amazing flavours), and we added a side of rice and tofu for some extra protein and fibre. The green tea was flavourful and delicious too!“

“This was one of the most enjoyable dining experiences I have ever had. I made a mistake when reserving a table, however the host and front of house manager were able to provide us multiple options for seating regardless of being totally booked up. We ended up sitting at the bar, which was a show in itself! Watching the bartenders pour wine and polish glasses, the chef and Sioux chef work together to cook and plate, and the host and expediter run food and clear plates was all a part of the experience for me.
We started with the burrata and bacon wrapped dates which were both amazing! I ordered the elk medallions that were a special of the night and they did not disappoint. The elk was just a bit overcooked, but it was still very tender and tasty. It was truly a fantastic experience all around and I will definitely be back!“

“10 Star Review! We hosted a private dinner for 11 people at The Grill at Knob Hill. Will, the manager was so great to work with. Will, and the chef curated a beautiful Autumn Idaho Dinner. Our guests were from Boston and New Hampshire so we wanted to present the best from Idaho. We started with a Fall Moscow Mule for cocktail, then a beautiful nut, dried fruit, cheese, honey, roasted garlic baguette plates for each guest, then a savory butternut squash soup with basil olive oil drizzle, the Autumn salad with shaved cheese, nut, pomegranate was awesome, the main entree was Idaho trout with an herb butter and wagu steak, rice pilaf, the famous popovers, and finished with Fall home made stone fruit cobbler. The wine choices by Will were awesome. Autumn in Sun Valley - Ketchum, the beautiful golden aspen trees, and a fantastic dinner and amazing staff at the Grill at Knob Hill was the perfect evening.“
