“We just finished celebrating our daughter's college graduation at the Cooper's Hawk in Algonquin. I cannot say enough about the awesome experience we had. Starting with Angelina handling all the details to the planning of the event, to the room being set up just perfect; to Joel and Natalie who were the absolute best servers we could have had; to the delicious food (OMG the salmon) and dessert that was served; and of course, not to mention the wonderful wine tasting bar. All our guests were so impressed! Thank you, Cooper's Hawk, for taking such good care of us. You made our celebration one we will remember.“

“we spent our night tonight there together just myself and my fiance. we had an absolutely wonderful experience. The owners were the most wonderful people. It was nice and quiet just him and I with a little music in the background with nice dim lighting. The food was out of this world! “Mya M was my server and I must say her attention to detail, overall knowledge of the restaurant and menu, along with an inviting smile is what made my experience wonderful. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a jubilant smile, I was waiting for a coworker to arrive. During that time she began describing when the restaurant opened and some of the upcoming promotional dates. Nowadays, many miss the point of customer service, which is to serve the customer, however, Mya did not. The service was stupendous and very prompt. She epitomizes the overall company culture as a pleasant individual and even better team member to Twin Peaks.“

“Went to Montarra for out 49th wedding anniversary. When my husband made the reservation he was asked if it was a special occasion. As a result every person we were served by wished us a happy anniversary and we received special souvenir menus acknowledging the occasion. Everything was outstanding from my Apple Pie Old Fashioned to the English Toffee Sticky Pudding (served on a plate with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate syrup!). The service was the best we've had anywhere and the decor and ambience is beautiful. Would give them a 10 if I could!“

“Our server was Amber (I think she said it was the same name as her manager. I’m bad at names. I’m so sorry) she was amazing! Not only was our food and service out in a timely manner and she was so helpful, and on top of it, she helped me search for my promise ring! I don’t know how but I lost it during my time there but when I told her she immediately looked around for it as well as going and checking the plates she had taken from our table. She took my name and number and said if she finds it or doesn’t she would let me know which is truly above and beyond. Thank you for making my mom and I’s experience so good even with me losing my ring. We really appreciate it a lot 🖤“

“My friend and I really enjoyed the Mexican Pappardelle. We had some issues with food our last 3 times there, but Montana, our waiter, remembered us and make sure the food arrived hot. I enjoyed the Petite Syrah, which won an award at the Illinois Fair.. Service from Montana was great, too.“

“We celebrated our 27th Anniversary tonight at Port Edward with dinner on the boat. I grew up going here as a kid and had not been there for 30 years. It was as amazing as it has always been and exceeded my expectations with the fantastic service from April and the kindness of a sweet woman who had worked there for 50 years named Cynthia. They went above and beyond to make sure our night was one to never forget and all of the food was delicious. I highly recommend to everyone to come and enjoy this experience for yourself!
