“Whenever we visit the area my husband likes to visit the Rainbow Pancake House and Restaurant for their corned beef Benedict. The portion is sizable, the hash flavorful and the eggs poached perfectly. I had scrambled eggs, sausage links and fresh fruit, everything was delicious. Great stop for breakfast always!“
