I’ve been to this location when they first opened and just the other day. I will not go again as the beef sandwiches hardly have any beef on them and the croissants are not very croissanty. I will drive to Elgin as they are much better.
Every time I go here, they are missing part of my order or justvplain get it wrong and the food is ALWAYS cold. Worst Portillos I have ever been to. Will not be back. Too bad they are giving the beloved Portillos name a bad rap. GO TO CRYSTAL LAKE INSTEAD!
