The staff, including Erin, Melanie, and the owner, are friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The food is delicious, with generous portions and great recommendations from the waiters. Standout dishes include the BLT and Avocado sandwich, herb roasted pork loin, maple carrots, mashed sweet potatoes, and the hunka hunka burnin love. With its excellent service and tasty menu, Copper Bar is a great local spot in Alton that is highly recommended.
