Unfortunately, I have to agree with another reviewer regarding the older gentleman at the counter: He is not suited for a customer facing position. The communication was difficult, as I had to repeat myself multiple times and some fairly clear details were missed. He also seemed somewhat annoyed.
I don't normally eat at Panera, and if simple requests or modifications can't be accommodated or I'm given inaccurate information about them there isn't much reason for me to return.

MS Pauline and the other staff member of bread Co. Makes for an exceptional experience each and every time. They are fast and efficient and the smiles are always welcoming.
