Decor is retro -style and the food and large variety of dirty soda options always hit the spot. We came in on a Wednesday, and we received a BOGO 50% off deal (Wacky Wednesday they call it)! “I have been in this restaurant for more than 4 times. I highly recommend it. There are a lot of parking. Once you come in; you are greeted with a warm greeting and and enthusiastic smule by the host or owner. The servers are very accommodating , friendly and helpful. They check on their customers for whatever they need until your meal is done. The busboys are hardworking and any requests will be granted right away. The food/dishes are cooked just the way you requests. Their steaks and eggs are up to par. The prices are decently priced. For what they serve you, good amounts of food. Well worth it. Freshness and presentations of foods are stupendous! Never did I have any complaints the way the place is ran. Very clean. Wide open. Eventhough i live far. I kept going back and i know when i leave, my tummy is full, content and some take home left overs. Check their menu. Check the big breakfast meal. You can't go wrong with their reasonable prices. “Hideout Pub & Grill is a fun place for Karaoke night, 🎤 and I believe that it's 4 nights a week. Service is usually slow, food is okay, and drinks are always good. The staff is very friendly and the Karaoke KJ 🎤 is very good and keeps things moving nicely. I will go back for karaoke night 🌙“

“Recently dined here . First plate my sister put food on and returned to the table had a bug. Showed the hostess who took the bug and said problem solved. Reached out to the manager who wasn’t concerned. Said that in some cultures that people eat bugs. Not funny. Contacted the corporate office and didn’t seem concerned. I will dine at other locations but not Arlington Heights location.“
