“HUGE shout out to our amazing Fairlane Diner! Last night on our way home from a basketball game in Nokomis we decided to call and order Fairlane Diner for dinner. We did not realize they closed at 8pm and had dialed the phone at 7:55pm, the friendly woman answering the phone politely took our order and it was hot and fresh when we arrived at 8:15pm! Thanks so much!!“

“Anytime we pass through we stop in here. It's usually pretty good. The last couple times, our order has been wrong or missing stuff. They do always fix it right away and are nice about it. The Chicken Finger Baskets are very yummy, but the burgers are just ok. Great desserts though! Staff is friendly so that's a plus, I cant stand bad customer service so it's great that even if there's an issue with the order the staff maintains how pleasant they are.“

“Came thru on a Friday night a little after 8pm and had the best curly fries I have ever had in my life here!! I never eat all my curly fries maybe a quarter of a box, tonight I ate my entire box and wanted more! Got and fresh, not sure if it was just a fluke we had hot fries or if they just cook to order but if it’s not just a fluke, This will be our go to Arby’s in town even though we live closer to the other one!!!“

“Very friendly staff, clean, pleasant and the manager Shakaib was very professional. He was running food, helping clean up spilled drinks and overall just a pleasant person. This was my first time at this location. The moment we walked in everyone was nice and helpful. Our food was hot, fresh and brought to our table. It was very nice.“

“Definitely seemed understaffed. Only saw 3 people running the whole place. So that's why it got a three for atmosphere. We had a pretty big order and they got absolutely everything right except they forgot my Mexican pizza. But when I mentioned it to them they were happy to get me one.“

“Ordered two footlongs on the app before leaving County Market thinking I'd save a few minutes. WRONG. Took 20 minutes from the time order was placed til it was in my hand. Food was good but definitely not what I would consider "fast" food.“

“I did a mobile order (& paid in-app) & as I was going through the drive thru to pick it out, a circuit blew. All their screens and half the machines stopped working. I couldn't cancel my order and order at a new place. I went inside and immediately Brian figured out what I ordered and got it for me, free of cost. Amazing service & handling in an unexpected electrical mishap situation.“
