“Disappointing. Have given this place a few tries, but last night was the last. Ordered a sausage pizza and there literally was 1 piece of sausage per slice on majority of the slices of pizza. Some slices actually had no sausage. Plus it was dry. Lifted up the cheese and there was barely any sauce. And, end pieces had no cheese. Took a pick when it was mostly gone....we were hungry so ate in anyways. We were very disappointed. A bad night maybe ? They weren't busy at all, no one inside. “Our PTO has used Papa Johns in Batavia for a local Batavia elementary school’s Halloween dance for two years now. The service has been fantastic, pizzas hot, fresh out of the oven and ready on time for pick up!The manager, Jesus, does a great job managing and coordinating such a large order. There are other local and comparably priced places in Batavia, but I trust this team is going to get it done right for us!“
