“Pure green, is amazing I went opening day! The vibe inside is purely amazing. It’s chill and welcoming. They staff was great while ordering, helped us with recommendations, and what’s in each smoothie and why they recommend it, I got a smoothie it was called coco skinny, it was amazing!! I didn’t even get a couple sips in before my 5 year old stole it and ran off, she’s so picky that you know if she drinks it it’s fabulous! Apparently, hubby said it came up as $0 but then the clerk backed it out snd charged us $1.50. I would have told her to take her tap water and shove it - with my whole order but husband was nicer.“

“I do not have any complaints about the food, but I have been bothered by a situation which occurred while we were here. I brought 2 of my young granddaughters here last week. We arrived around 11:15 and planned to stay and eat our açaí bowls for lunch. While we were deciding what to order, there were 12-15 high school girls who came in and took every seat to eat their lunches which they brought from home. I believe 1 girl ordered something, but the rest sat and ate their lunches which they did not order from this establishment. We left after getting our food and walked home to eat since there were no seats for us to sit. I can’t believe people are allowed to bring their own food into this place to eat and take up every seat. I was visiting Glen Ellyn, so I don’t know if this is a common practice of restaurants to allow people to bring in their own food? But, I have never experienced this in other towns, and would be embarrassed if one of my family members would do this! And, I would imagine these girl’s parents don’t take their own food into the restaurants in Glen Ellyn! I did not see any sign on the door which said “paying patrons only”, so assume it is okay with management?“

The spice level was perfect with unique, flavorful seasoning. The chicken was big, juicy, and cooked perfectly. Kids loved the mac & cheese, fingers, wings, and fries. We went around 3 PM, enjoyed great hospitality, a nice ambience, and even caught a cricket match on their huge screen. Plenty of parking and a great location. I got the Ube Oreo Boba and she got one of the milk tea flavors and it was delicious. The owner is very kind and the prices are reasonable. My coworker and I loved that we got the chance to sit and color, play some board games and just chat after a long and stressful day of teaching.“

“Food was very good. I ended up with chilaquiles (with chicken breast) and my friend got the pupusas and dobladas. Really solid, and I appreciate the subtle differences in flavors between the Guatamalan dishes and standard Mexican fare. However, only 4/5 because ordering (in English) was difficult. I tried to get grilled skirt steak and a green chicken enchilada (as a single item, listed that way on the menu) but what was originally brought out was 3 green chicken enchiladas. I explained the issue and thought it was clear but ended up getting brought the chilaquiles. My friend got his pupusas but the dobladas was not brought and had to be ordered again. The food was delicious and I'm not a picky eater so this wasn't a huge deal, but others that need to order a specific thing, in English, may have trouble. I will be back though, and I will brush up on my Spanish.“

I had an ube coffee, got my mom a mango sticky rice dessert, and my sister a mango boba. 10/10. I hope they stay! They had the menu with pictures outside too which was helpful. “Amazing gem in Bloomingdale. The menu has many choices including gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, lactose free, and for us carnivores. Drink menu has sake, handcrafted beer, wines, cocktails, bottled beer, teasing, bubble teas and more. We started with egg rolls and pancake scallion bites. They provide four sauces! My favorite is the chili oil, but there is also ginger, Wasabi and sweet sauce. All made in house. Entrees were sesame peanut noodles and Mongolian beef. So good. We will be back.“
