“Just a bit pricey, especially when it’s a family of 5. We spend over $100 each time we go. We could go to a sit down restaurant for cheaper, but all 3 of my teenage kids love it.

Parking: Maybe 8 spots total to try and squeeze in if it’s full or if anyone is in the drive thru it’s hard to enter and exit the tiny parking lot

“Two young men working tonight, one tall blonde and one shorter Burnett deserve a praise! I didn’t catch their names. I came in late thinking Mike’s closed at 10 but it closed at nine. These guys were very kind and reassuring and took my order anyways. Did not have an attitude even though they could have. They were patient and made me feel like a human. I tried to tell them it was OK, I understood it was too late but they insisted. Shout out to these fine gents!“

“I met Kelly yesterday after another Subway messed up my order. Without question she made the sandwich again and apologized for the mistake. I’m going through chemotherapy and was on my way to the Cancer Center. I was nervous even approaching her after the way I was treated on College Ave. I will only visit the Airport location, now. Kelly was a breath of fresh air in a market where good customer service is hard to find! Thank you, Kelly for being an amazing human! I appreciate you!“

“I love JJ's bread. I have only ever had the Vito sandwich, but I rarely want anything else. I tried their pesto pasta salad once, but didn't care for it. The Jimmy's chips are pretty good. They used to have what they called Jimmy's mustard, which was delicious, but for some misguided reason, they no longer offer that as a condiment. Too bad.

I usually order pickup through the drive through, which is unfortunate because you have to wait for the cars in front of you, who might just be ordering a sandwich on the spot. The parking is terrible.

This location doesn't seem to pay attention to the requests made online, like extra oil and vinegar, so you don't always get what you request.

I've ordered sandwiches at other Jimmy's locations, and special requests have never been ignored. Just this location seems to disregard special requests for online orders.“
