“it was closer to closing time so it was mostly empty. they have a nice ambiance and everything is reasonably priced and they let you try the desserts before purchasing which is helpful. i wish i lived a little closer but i would still come again. the knafeh, harisa, and all of their pistachio baklava was sooo good!! you can even ask about their pistachio cheesecake, fried Oreos, Dubai chocolate bites, and other cakes if you have a sweet tooth.

“I go to this location quiet often, but I was extremely disappointed as well as angry with what I saw today at this location. (3/9/25 at 5:35pm) The 3 customers that were ahead of me placed their orders were first timers I found out. The young lady that was fixing their smoothies dropped a cup on the floor, picked the cup up from the floor then sat the cup to the side. As she finished one smoothie she pulled a fresh cup, then the 2nd smoothie she proceeded to pour it in the cup that she picked up off the floor. I told the young lady that took my order, so she then pulled the young to the side to tell her that I saw what she did then she looks at me and says "I'm Sorry" (I said to her): What do mean you are sorry, why would you do that, and why are you giving that to her, you need to remake that smoothie ...and guess what she did not. I'm just want to make people aware: Watch the people that prepare your sandwiches/smoothies or anything of that sort. It's not their stuff, they're not paying for it so they don't care. That was just the epitome of nasty and extremely unsanitary. She didn't have on a Tropical Cafe shirt, she had on a gray shirt, she may have been new, I'm not sure but we need to learn to do better when working with the public. Don't do things to people that you don't want done to you!!!!! FYI...the name on the ticket was: Shelia G“

“I am pretty critical of boba as there are so many places that pop up and fall short. I was honestly very impressed with palgong and have nothing but good things to say.
1) we arrived an hour before closing, and the tapioca was still fresh with a good chew (already winning in my book!)
2) they had a great selection of flavors, but more importantly, they offered the classic flavors like regular milk tea which had the perfect amount of ice & sweetness.
3) the Korean corn dogs are made in house which I thought was so cool! They are 100% beef which is appreciated since I don’t eat pork. It was fried to perfection and dressed with yummy sauces.
4) they had some fun activities, there was a wall of claw machines that you could buy tokens to play and another side that had some free family games like jenga and connect four.
5) Lastly, and one of the most important points; it was very clean inside like surprisingly clean. The tables did not have crumbs or anything sticky, the bathroom was spotless.
I love when establishment pays attention to large & small details, it is very aesthetically decorated . I will definitely be back when I’m in the area and highly recommend to anyone looking for some good bubble tea!

Instead, I was given $1.99 discount, which is unlike Nneeeeeee of the numerous smoothie locations I've visited thru out CONUS. I'd say I've been to over forty nd sum of those have been twice. On the flipside, I gain more purchase points 2wards more free items.“

We had it delivered and the order arrived quickly. The bowl was very good, and the chia banana boost smoothie and peanut paradise were blended perfectly. The staff is very friendly, they have delicious refreshing protein shakes, smoothies, food, and adult beverages. We absolutely love the atmosphere and free arcade with purchase. We were greeted with a smile and they were very patient, kind, and helpful as I ordered in Spanish. (The mango Agua Fresca is a must try!) We enjoyed the chips and salsa as well as their outstanding asada tacos. They were happy to ask how we liked everything and of course we let them know it was so good. So happy to have found an authentic taco spot with so many great options. We vowed to make dining at Gelatinas a regular trip :)
