“Love their protein shakes. They also have a menu of snacks. The premise is very clean and staff friendly. I always get my shakes or fruit juices from them. Very healthy and super tasty. All you need after a good work out session. ? Bonus, i could speak French with one of the staff members and i heard the owner speaking in Spanish. So, the International vibe is always a bonus for me since i am French. They made me feel even more welcome. “
“The Local 84 Cafe is the juice & salad/sandwich/quinoa bowl cafe inside of the Fitness Formula Health club in Oak Park, on the third floor. I don't know if it is actually open to the public or just for members and guests at FFC. I've been coming here for years, but never realized it had its own Yelp page. Today, I am enjoying a post-swim 12-ounce "Energizer": Orange, cucumber, carrot, and apple juice. It is priced heartily at $6.60, tax included. It is prepared fresh, so be prepared for a short wait for the fresh juices and smoothies. There is also a grab-and-go cooler with many different energy drinks, bottled water, and flavored waters. I think $6.60 for a fresh juice and $7.85 for a fresh fruit smoothie is probably the going rate in this area. That price is too high for me to be a regular thing, but I enjoy one once a month.“
“I have been to this location multiple times and everything that I've gone the staff has been prompt and nice. The morning crew is ALWAYS on point. I've only experienced the evening crew once. It was a little late, they were slower but everything was still good.“

“This is my new favorite spot in La Grange! It is located east of Noodles and Co. on Calendar. It is quite small, but a great place to pick up healthy smoothies and bowls. Most things are dairy free, or vegan. I particularly love their soups! Try them out. The staff is also extremely friendly.“

Serving brunch and dinner, the menu offers a variety of options. We indulged in crepes, the rib-eye panini, culichi panini, and alfredo pizza, and every dish was simply divine. The culichi panini was a standout—I almost didn't want to share! During the holiday season, they presented their drinks in adorable ways. From traditional hot chocolate to gingerbread and churro milkshakes, every sip was delightful.
