Nash not only showed us pictures of the specials that were not listed on the menu, but was accurate in his knowledge of the level of heat of a dish we were ordering. Nash also gave us a solution that not only helped remedy the dish, but also complimented it in taste. Thank you Nash.“

“Three Spoons Ice Cream store has an AMAZING ice cream menu! I stopped in while visiting from Austin, TX. This is probably the best ice cream I have ever had🍦Next time I am in Oak Park I will definitely stop by again.“

“Food here is great. I had the excellent spicy bulgogi bento box lunch. Prices are very high. If $25 for a quick lunch is the new standard on lake street then they will be competitive. I hope they make it. Otherwise you can get a nice meal at New Pot Thai across the street for about half the price.“

“Pablo, our waiter, was exceptional. During our first visit here, he warmly welcomed us and showcased impressive knowledge of the menu, even extending to items not listed. He encouraged us to customize our meal to our liking, and he certainly delivered! For starters, we chose the grilled calamari and Rockefeller oysters. The calamari was tender and impeccably cooked, steering clear of the typical rubbery texture. Opting for balsamic instead of oil was a perfect choice. The oysters were superb, not overwhelmed with cheese. I ordered the veal picatta from the menu, expecting a thin slab, but was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion size. The angel hair pasta complemented the dish well, although I could have done without the mushrooms – a personal preference, which I should've mentioned. Nonetheless, if you're a mushroom enthusiast, they give you plenty. My boyfriend ordered off-menu, enjoying the Zuppe di Pesce with shrimp, clams, extra calamari, and rigatoni Diablo style in red sauce. It was absolutely amazing and satisfied his taste without being overly spicy. To accompany the meal, I had a glass of the house Chardonnay, which was light and buttery. Even my boyfriend, who doesn't typically drink wine, enjoyed it. Our heartfelt thanks to Pablo and the owner/chef Giovanni for an outstanding dining experience, both in terms of the meal and the service.“

“I had trouble ordering through the app yesterday, and I was completely blown away by the effort the staff made to troubleshoot with me over the phone. I just had to write and share my positive experience. India was incredibly kind, and although I didn’t catch the names of the other young man and woman who helped me, they were all wonderful.

My order arrived perfectly — the bread was incredibly fresh and cut just right. I saved the slice of cake I ordered as a treat for the next morning, and it was still so fresh and delicious.

“Service polite and quick. Space clean and well organized. Ordered the Papa Q platter, everything was good, especially the pork belly and sausage. Sides were cornbread, sweeter than traditional, mac q roni- tasty, coleslaw- creamy and traditional, and mashed potatoes with gravy-really good. Hush puppies were yummy too. Three sauces on table are all good individually but I mixed them all together, delish!“

“Its nice to have an unpretentious and affordable place to eat Mexican comfort food in Oak Park. I am a fan of the $7 dollar breakfast which does not taste greasy at all. Also, the Chicken Soup is great when you are feeling run down. The restaurant is spotless despite being open 24 hours. Staff is super kind.“
