Okra and Gizzards were fried too hard, small pieces with to much batter, could hardly taste the product. The owner/manager needs to reacess the value of the offerings at this store. “So far I’ve only been here twice but I’ve loved it! I got the Byrd bomb and it was so good. The second time I got the chicken tenders and the picture doesn’t do it justice! The tender was so crispy and flavorful. The seasonings were amazing. The fries were crispy on the outside soft on the inside and the 24K sauce is honestly worth 24K. That’s probably one of the best sauces I’ve had. This place made a simple comfort meal like chicken tenders and fries to the ultimate level. Definitely a good place to come for comfort food. They also have kind hospitality :)“

“At this location in Niles, my elderly lady friends, some time go there after prayer meeting on Wednesday Evenings, and just sit inside the restaurant talking, sometimes we don't order anything. “So I doordash pickuped this order because I could not remember the name, lol. First of all. I want to talk to my fell doordasher, uber eats drivers, and grurbhub drivers.

I am a driver as well on two of these platforms.

I am appalled at some of the behavior of my fellow drivers.

When I got there the cashier told me to accept the order before she gave me the order.

She said that some of these drivers are screen shoting their orders as delivered and taking peoples food. Why? Why? If you can afford to operate a vehicle then find a way to afford food without taking the food from other people. Do not be mad at the people who have figured out either to worth the system, save money, budget, or just dont care but have enough money for that meal.
To steal from customers paying you to deliver their food is just inexcusable. And you should be ashamed of yourselves. I am ashamed for you.

I ordered chicken wings and catfish combo and a side of mushrooms and buffelo wings with a piece of carrot cake as a desert.

I like to order and break the order down into multiple meals. This made three meals.

All of it was very tasty. The lemon pepper added is very tasty. I love the mushrooms. They are very high on my list of best places to get breadded shrooms.

At first I was a little aprehensive of the wait service. But I have a way of conversating. And it turned out she was aprehensive of me because of the situation of people stealing orders. So I felt like she was my foods body guard and I support her commitment to customer service. You go girl! Thank you for protecting my food until I got there.

5 out of 5 I would ear here again.

“I finally came to the Chick-fil-A I really wanted to visit. They say it's the hottest franchise restaurant in America, and there were quite a lot of people there even though it was late.
I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and asked for all the sauces. The drink is the real Dr. Pepper.
It looked very neat, and I really liked how it came in a box. I took a bite and wow it was good. The chicken patty was appetizing. It was good too. As for the sauce, the basic Chick-fil-A sauce was the most delicious. The French fries were unique because they were shaped like honeycombs, but the taste was ordinary. But if you eat it with sauce, it becomes special.
I should have gone twice, but I was really disappointed that I could only go once. Next time I come to the United States, I will be the first person to visit.
And the drink cup leaked, so I asked for another cup, but they just gave me another drink. As expected, the carbonated insim was American.“

“I went for lunch (around 2:10pm) through drive thru and the young man taking the orders has one of the best customer service I ever had at KFC. I just wanted a chicken breast but he mentioned how I can save money if I just got the meal. Very well spoken too. Once I got to the window they were fast and he even asked me how my day was. I loved his service , by the way the chicken was fresh and crispy. I will def return.“
