“My husband and I are visiting from Arizona and were meeting some friends in The Glen. We planned on going to The Yardhouse, but thought it was too noisy. Saw the reviews for The Oak and we were so glad we did. The burger I had was the best burger I have ever had, our friend felt the same. My husband and our other friend had the rueben, they loved them also. We left the restaurant and we were going to take individual pics, then this really nice guy offered to take a picture of all of us. He was so very nice. Guess what, he was the owner. “We have discovered this place 3 years ago when we are searching for an outdoor casual dining. What we found was a great place that had outdoor seating on a deck patio with umbrellas and a TV set to watch sporting events. The service was friendly, and the food was great. The drinks were very reasonable. The menu was large having everything from sandwiches to dinners. We never had a bad experience there and brought family and friends to enjoy the evening sitting outside. We always come back.“

“All I know is that the food is so good that I have been here 3 times since it opened (Which has been less then 6 months). I know I should branch out and try the other offerings but I just really love the Tori Paitan and will be back more when the cooler weather is fully settled in.
I also sincerely appreciate that there are good non-alcoholic mixed drinks, because sometimes someone just wants a fun mixed drink but none of the alcohol and there's quite a few options here- expanded even from the menu pictured on Google. There's a really good Yuzu based drink that I also keep getting that is my favorite.
The atmosphere is higher end but not pretentious, and cozy while still being open.

I look forward to bringing more of my friends here.

Parking: Fair amount of parking but it's in a strip mall with other restaurants so you're not always able to find a spot immediately. There's usually more parking in the back“

“We were in Chicago from the Puyallup Wa area. We are always on the lookout for a great neighborhood bar, and this is it! We arrived at a bit of a lull and got a seat at the bar.
The waitress was great. She took care of us and the other guests were very friendly, even sharing their Trader Joe’s popcorn, and even bought us shots.

“An impromptu decision to stop by the Privilege bar this evening after a long work day turned out to be the best decision for a relaxing evening. The bar located at the rooftop of the Mondrian Itaewon in Seoul only opens from 6pm and we arrived half an hour earlier but the staff on duty was accommodating to allow us to take a seat and have a look around. Great panoramic view and we arrived just in time to catch the sunset. Love the vibe and music choice. Met with Tobbig Shin, F&B Assistant / Bar Manager who arrived from Singapore after a short stint doing a pop up in Mondrian Singapore. Highly recommend to try their signature cocktail “The P.T (Privilege Gin & Tonic)”, 5 stars for creativity and distinct taste, the pairing of Sonbi Gin and tonic. Jay, the Bartender served us and he graciously included a very detailed introduction - Sonbi Gin is distilled from 100% corn. Made with 10 botanicals including juniper, Schisandra berries, Chinese licorice, grains of paradise, cassia, green cardamom, coriander, lemon peel, orris root, and Angelica root. We had a second cocktail at their recommendation, Sun & Moon, made with Tokki Soju Black Label, Roasted Barley, Lemon, Pineapple and Crafted Moon Candy. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in Seoul!“

“I was delighted to visit this restaurant! The atmosphere is very cozy, with pleasant decor and attentive staff. Every dish I tried was a real masterpiece, from appetizers to dessert. The assortment of kebabs was especially impressive: its taste, presentation and quality of products were at the highest level.

“PS Pub truly exhibits everything a neighborhood bar is supposed to be good people unwinding enjoying different ales and spirits sharing conversation and having a laugh. up until now I've always shopped at the liquor store next door, I stopped in for my favorite blue moon with a wedge of Orange ice cold and on tap well I guess I found myself having a few and when I'm feeling that way I gaze upon the pretty bottles of spirits Tequila's rums whiskeys from all over the place and that little demon in my belly says "send it my way" so I settled on a peanut butter whiskey I love them if that's your thing you know they have malort which I've never actually tried I hear it's an acquired taste perhaps another time they've got a nice little popcorn machine that puts it out I like to snack a bit while I'm putting them down. friendly service really nice people from the neighborhood and a great place to unwind. so although it doesn't look like much from the outside you know judging that book by its cover thing stop in belly up and enjoy yourself“

“We had a party of 6. 4 meals were correct. One was entirely wrong and the correct meal didn't come until we were almost done. One persons hamburger was missing the greens but the waiter was messing w the incorrect meal so didn't come back to fix the burger mess up. It wasn't busy either. Sunday around 2:30. Nothing was comped or some $ taken off. A bit disappointed. Other 4 meals were good.“

Christina was professional, friendly, and efficient. Danny gave great recommendations for his best omelette and was a true chef. This was our first time staying at the Schaumburg convention center hotel and we will be back and recommended to others. The SPH was a fabulous stock and we recommend you try the Gather Bar in the same facility as well. Great service.“
