“A whole bar in a building the size of a large living room: it's pretty cool. An Irish theme, cozy environment, and live music made for a great experience. Although small, lots of people came and went giving a very vibrant feel. The bartender did an excellent job getting to all the patrons. Restrooms were clean. Overall a great bar experience.“

The first time I went, I got the Ruben and a Guinness which was amazing and packed full of beef and layered with Swiss cheese and Sour Kraut. The second time I went and got the Buffalo Chicken Pizza which lived up to the bar set by the Ruben. I got another Guinness and a Basil Hayden and Basil Hayden Toasted both neat and with water backs. While enjoying my drink I had an amazing chat with the bartender, who is very knowledgeable about mixology.
Overall, the best place in all of northern Illinois to get a drink and food with family and friends.“

“There is nothing about this place I don't recommend. The meads are amazing, their Cocktail Master is amazing at coming up with unusual combinations, and is great fun to talk to. The music mix is great as well (but possibly because I'm old 😁)! Overall, the place is extremely welcoming, with a selection of games and sofas so you can sit and enjoy your drinks and socialize.“

“My husband just brought home food from Fogcutter, and as usual the food is amazing!! the pizza is my favorite in all of Lake County. I literally day dream about those garlic green beans. And this was my first time trying the mashed potatoes, and no shocker, fantastic! Thank you for being the best!“

We celebrated my mom’s birthday at Field House in Deerfield and it was honestly such a special experience from start to finish.
The atmosphere is beautiful—warm, inviting, and perfect for both an intimate family dinner or a bigger celebration. From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel so welcomed and taken care of, which made the night even more meaningful.
The food completely exceeded expectations. Everything we ordered was incredible—from the homemade cheese curds (a must!) to the nachos, and my personal favorite, the lobster gnocchi. The menu truly has something for everyone, and every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor.
What really stood out was how accommodating and kind everyone was while we celebrated. They made my mom feel so special, and that’s something we’ll always remember.
If you’re looking for a place that delivers amazing food, great energy, and a genuinely memorable experience, Field House is it. We’ll absolutely be back.“

Cecilia handled every detail with warmth and professionalism—helping me find a photographer, musician, flowers, and balloons that made the evening shine. Guests enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres followed by a beautifully paced five-course dinner, complete with honey-inspired cocktails (using our own honey!) and a honey mustard salad dressing the chef created just for us. The food, wine pairings, and service were all outstanding—friendly, polished, and perfectly timed. My friend and I received our free drink, and because the bartender, Bonnie, was attentive and sweet, we stayed for a couple more drinks and ordered some food. “This restaurant is beautiful inside with chandeliers and nice tables and chairs I really enjoyed the fried calamari we had as a appetizer. The Lasagna is wonderful! “Dee has really done a great job with Serve & Swig. The volleyball courts & leagues here are great. The outdoor patio atmosphere is really nice the way it sets up so everyone can easily spectate the matches. The staff is always friendly. The chicken tacos on Tuesday are 10/10.“

“Came in from out of town to visit some child hood friends and it was a blast. The bartenders not only served great drinks but where quick with making them. Also got to see local celebrity Karina Borelli ( IG:borelli.karina) but couldn't get close enough to get an autograph. Next time I back in town I will definitely stop bye.“
