Ariel was very welcoming entering the building, was polite, respectful and, enthusiastic! Will for sure be coming back to this location!
The owners of this particular franchise need to do better. Went to grab a quick lunch and found only one person in the entire building doing their very best to keep up with the lunch rush who was very kind even though they were visibly overwhelmed. Instead of having another employee they just put a sign for online ordering. That is insane to expect one person to succeed in that environment. We really enjoyed all the sauces, but in my last order, we received fewer wings—instead of 20, they only gave us 14.
