“I placed an order to go. Was informed that there was a $3.00 to go charge and a gratuity would be added on the order cause it was over $100.00. After I checked the receipt, $18.35 was the gratuity. I thought it would be maybe $5.00. Very disappointed. Had I known this, I would have come into the restaurant and ate there had them provide me with service. I am a senior and that was definetly not right. I've already instructed my family not to get me gift card from Maple and Jam.”

Though I was an outsider, I was properly greeted by a few and the customer service was good and friendly. It's the other few that look at you like you don't belong, especially if you're on a slot game they want.”

“I read the review about the burrito. That was correct, steak very good! However, I also got some chicken tacos … they would’ve been good, but the chicken was tough and not seasoned enough. Drive thru is a plus. Overall, I’d go back.”

“This will be my new Subway seeing as they're charging cheaper than other subways. A BMT footlong here is like 10.99. At the location on 79th and 88th avenue in justice, a BMT is almost $15. Why would I pay more for the same exact sandwich when these locations are pretty close to each other.”

“Food was delicious. We tried the green Chile chicken tamale, milanesa de res, chicken taco, asada, Rajas con queso gorditas... Everything was amazing. Beans are flavorful and so is the rice. Ask for the special salsa for an extra kick of spice. We will be returning!”
