Ordered a couple cookies and the Dubai strawberry cup and it’s literally everything! Cookies have the perfect sweetness, a comfort cookie for sure. The Dubai strawberry cup?? I made my husband turn around to get a second cause there was no way I was sharing mine! Dixie was so sweet! She was super informative with the cookie questions we had, and she packed a mean strawberry cup! Shout out to Dixie! Can’t wait for our next trip to Crave. Obsessed with the traveling trainer as well. Over all - cookies and employees are absolutely wonderful!!!“

“Shoutout to the Rittenhouse location. We are at Chop with our 4 year old son who just had surgery. I figured after the day we had let’s have some cookies. I placed an order from Levain on door dash. My wife after the long day she had put in the wrong address on the door dash order and the driver called screaming at me and wouldn’t come 1.3 miles to bring them even after explaining the circumstances. Door dash refunded my whole order without me even asking and I called Levain and they went above and beyond. They gave us cookies on the house and even threw in an extra chocolate chip and delivered them to CHOP. Not only are the cookies fabulous the hospitality is second to none. I am a lifelong customer to this location and want to thank everyone at the Rittenhouse location especially Mat who went above and beyond. Thanks again!“

“So, Babe had a taste for a blueberry muffin. We decided to stop in here. They did not have any muffins available at the moment BUT they had a blueberry donut. Needless to say, we walked out with a dozen assorted donuts. I've already eaten 3 and my taste buds are EXTREMELY satisfied 😍 The staff was super friendly and the establishment was very clean. Everything looked so delicious. I know we'll definitely go back again to try other pastries 😀 $21 for a dozen donuts. Definitely worth supporting a small business as opposed to Dunkin Donuts. . “I would give this a 5 stars, but the cookies are just too unhealthy. I have seen the videos online of how many calories and sugar are in these and it’s appalling. I still get them on occasion, but they are only a once in a while treat and not something you should be getting every week to try out their rotational menu.

Much smaller and worse of all , what happened to the chocolate coating on the donuts. Did you run out? They use to be smothered with chocolate. Very disappointed.“

Lady behind the desk is very nice and will always help if you need an idea what to get.
