“Ordered the “Every time it Rains” drink. The name is catchy and I can relate. The drink was definitely strong, it reminded me of strong coffee. I asked the bartender and he said it was the Haitian rum that gave it that taste. The overall setup is cool and lowkey. Reservations are strongly suggested because it’s a small spot. This place is cool to go on a date, or to catch up with friends. I would give this place another chance, and just try another drink.“

“We happened upon this restaurant during a visit from New England. It was the best meal we had in Chicago. The restaurant is fabulous! We had delicious soup with incredible warm rolls, salad and 4 different amazing entrees. The restaurant has great windows to enjoy natural light and is quiet enough to have a conversation. All this with white tablecloths and a reasonable price.“

“Absolutely Perfect Night at Oliver's
Everything about our experience at Oliver's was amazing and absolutely worth it. Here’s what stood out:
Drinks: The Oliver’s Martini is an absolute must-try – and trust me, upgrading to the caviar olives is a game changer. The Espresso Martini was another standout, and the Old Fashioned was perfectly crafted.
Food: Every bite was a delight. The bread and crispy artichokes were the perfect start. For mains, the scallops and burger were nothing short of top tier – flavorful, perfectly cooked, and absolutely satisfying.
Dessert: We couldn’t resist diving into two options – the Key Lime Cheesecake and the Salted Caramel. Both were exceptional, and we’re already looking forward to trying more on our next visit.
In summary, Oliver’s delivered on every level – incredible drinks, standout dishes, and desserts that leave you wanting more. We can’t wait to return!“

“Had a great time at Tak Korean Bistro and Karaoke in Chicago! The food was super tasty, loved the tteokbokki with cheese, fried chicken, and bossam. Everything was fresh and full of flavor.

“I found this gem about a month ago and I have been here several times in the past month...and I live in South Carolina! If you have not found this place - RUN to them! Their food is amazing. Their French Onion soup will bring a tear to your eyes... and their Cornish hen is out of this world! Graham and his crew here are kicking out some amazing food you can't find everywhere in Chicago and this place is becoming a fan favorite with our company and some of our vendors/partners. “We recently hosted a cocktail class for a bachelorette party at this venue, and it was an absolute blast! Kayla, our mixologist for the evening, was incredibly engaging and thorough, making the entire experience enjoyable.Diana, the Events Manager, went above and beyond by reaching out to inquire about the bride's wedding colors. This thoughtful touch allowed them to create a welcome drink that perfectly matched the event. The entire process was seamless, and we were genuinely impressed by the attentiveness of the entire staff.I highly recommend this venue for hosting events such as birthdays, bachelorettes, or any special occasion!“

“Slid in on a Thursday night, and it wasn’t too crowded, which made it easy to grab a booth. I ordered the short rib sliders, truffle fries that were crispy and cheesy, plus an Old Fashioned that was super smooth—props to the bartender, Mike, who really knows what he's doing. Whole bill came out to about $38 before tip. The vibe is modern but laid-back, with dope lighting and chill music that makes it feel upscale without being stuffy. If you're downtown and need a solid spot to kick back with good food and drinks, this one’s a sleeper hit for sure.“

“It’s more than the drinks that makes you want to return. The ambience is chill and you can have a conversation at any volume. Not good at names but I think it was Manny and Allen or Adam. They know the menu well and gave recommendations on solid drinks. Only problem you’ll have is being hungover.“

“Food and ambiance were top notch! Grabbed several small plates, apps and sides to share for the table with excellent recommendations from our server. The subtraction of the star comes from the mixup with my reservation. I received two separate confirmation text messages one from Open Table and one from Resy. I originally booked through Open Table so only responded/managed my reservation there plus the Resy one had the wrong number of people. When my friend checked in they referred to the Resy reservation which was wrong and when we all arrived, they didn't even have a table ready to seat us. We were directed to the hostess upstairs only to be told to wait at the bar. I wish they had just acknowledged a mixup with their reservation system and they will try their best to accommodate us as soon as possible. Overall still a great experience, just wish it started off on the right foot!“

“Mariscos San Pedro has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants. The tuna tostada is amazing, definitely do the otoro upgrade. You can’t go wrong with any of the whole fish options, each are so flavorful and tender. The cocktails are really great and they have half priced bottles of wine on Mondays. I was hesitant but one of the chefs was explaining the Sonoran hot dog, and I️ couldn’t resist, it was amazing. They recently launched their brunch menu too and they have a lot of great selections and the pastries are incredible“

“All around amazing experience at the Boucherie. The personnel is very polite and professional. Our waiter Rachid was originally from Paris, which made the experience more special. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative, attentive and caring. The food was delicious, steak was perfectly cooked and mussels were fresh and tender. To top it off, the desert chocolate ice cream was extremely tasty. The interior is gorgeous with beautiful chandeliers and ceilings. I would highly recommend this amazing French restaurant.“

“Estimados encargados de El Solazo: Espero este mensaje les encuentre bien. Me dirijo a ustedes como un cliente frecuente y admirador de su restaurante, en el cual siempre disfruto de una comida deliciosa y un servicio excepcional. Sin embargo, en mi última visita, experimenté una situación que considero importante señalar para su atención y mejora. El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Agradezco de antemano su atención a esta situación y espero que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su excelente servicio sea consistente en todos los aspectos. “Where do I start… service 100 percent professional and helpful, knowledgeable about wine pairings, food was the best from start to finish. Me and my wife go to a steakhouse in every city we visit and let me tell you it’s hard to nail all aspects of dining,apps, mains, dessert, and wine, but RPM blew me away! This is my #1 steakhouse I have visited in the world…I have been to 30 plus states, 15 countries and nothing has come close to this experience.“

“We sat at the chef table in the kitchen for the seven course tasting/drinking menu. Did not disappoint. It was a journey. Every dish was a surprise. A lot of alcohol but that’s the fun right? We loved being in the kitchen, getting to meet all of the staff. This place is a gem, actually unique in a world where being different is hard to come by.“
