“sad to say we didn't even get to try the food tonight. The place was packed but had open tables, so not sure if staff shortage or poor new ownership here which wasn't even present on a small town iconic business on a weekend we waited a hour n half at bar, which was overpriced, cranberry vodka was same price as a old fashioned but we wanted a night out, so we paid it just to experience Art & Alma. by the time we were to get seats, they were seriously out of food!! 7pm we sit there n starving n were told they ran outta food! they had to known they didn't have enough food, this place had no food on the board entrance at 6pm, the sign stated no prime rib, n pork chops..when ur doors don't open til 4pm and ur outta food in 2 hrs, very poor planning n should of shut thier doors not taking in more people to eat. doors should of never been opened tonight with such a limited menu ...sorry to see this one struggle..many in the area loved this place n tonight was disappointing reservations should be used , u have limited seating..“

“As first time customers, enjoyed the food at this local area bar and grill. We started with the Italian Beef Egg Roll appetizer that was delicious and plenty to share. The Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla off the 'Secret Menu' was excellent, the bacon really adding to the flavor! The only draw back is there is limited parking as the property is shared by several businesses, and the restaurant itself had very loud music making it difficult to have group conversation. Otherwise, definitely recommend a trip to Hart's Garage!“

“If you want food that is delicious and more than enough in quantity, please go to Parkway restaurant. All ages are very welcome. We have been going to Parkway for decades. Also, you can dine in or use their curbside pickup. We have done both. ENJOY!!“

“This was our first time here and we will definitely be adding this to our list of favorites! It’s hard to find true “comfort foods” on a menu but this place had a great selection! (Pot roast, chicken w/gravy & biscuit, etc) Our server, Lilly was an absolute delight and helped us choose our meals. She even brought us some of their chicken poblano soup to take home! I got the NY Strip Steak & my wife got the Chicken + Biscuit. Everything was delicious, the atmosphere and service was top notch, and the food was extremely high quality and made fresh. Highly recommend!“

“It was great but the teenagers were very loud and boisterous on a Thursday evening at 7:30 PM. NOT SURE IF THIS IS A REGULAR HANG OUT BUT THEY WERE VERY LOUD AND MY WIFE AND I just got done moving into Pingree Grove over the past 2 days with the sweltering heat in our 70's. Thank for your concerns ?

Parking: Great free parking and enough handicap parking because I am handicapped

“Had dinner there tonight waitress best ever everything was perfect fish all you can eat kept coming to our table with out asking drinks very good kept our beers full and very accommodating kept checking on us and your slot machines paid out big on the way out great job everyone“

“Came here for a tasting to book an event for a family communion. Food is fabulous we will be booking our event here for sure. The management staff is extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend giving them a try if you are looking for a place to eat locally or host an event.“

“Food is good but this time I did take out and was disappointed because no silverware or napkins were provided. I know sounds petty but it’s generally fried food that requires utensils and napkins. So I called and asked. They told me they don’t provide utensils and napkins in take out orders unless asked for. Hmmm well maybe they should have servers and or people at register say hey do you need napkins and utensils with your order so no surprises when you go to eat. Call me crazy but kinda important. But food is always good just watch out on take out orders“

“The staff are FUN and friendly, the food is better quality than most bar & taverns in the area, you get 2-3 portions of food for each dish so covid hikes prices but Niko doesn’t skimp on the portions - that’s always been consistent! Ribs, fish fry, soups, fire rigatoni, fried shrimp, meatloaf, chicken Parmesan, Italian beef if Chicago standard approved and their appetizers (specifically egg rolls, saganaki, fried pickles and shrimp Onassis) are the best around.“

“The food was delicious and they had a very good selection to choose from. We sat in the outdoor area which was very nice. The service was great and the prices were reasonable. I had a pulled pork sandwich topped with coleslaw and sweet potato fries. Yum!“

“I have been working at village inn for about 8 months! The family and staff are one of the sweetest genuine people you will ever meet. My nonna was battling cancer for a year and recently passed. The family gave me support and just comfort in general. I don’t only go to village to work, I go there to work and feel like family. Food is awesome, and you will find the hardest working staff. Couldn’t have asked for more supportive bosses and employees. - The restaurant also sent flowers to my Nonnas memorial!“

“This place is super dated, but a throwback to the old steakhouses. We will definitely be back for the cream of chicken soup and the shrimp Dejohne was cooked perfectly. I liked my blackened chicken fettuccine. It was a bit spicy, but great flavor if you like it spicy I ordered it because I like it spicy! Generous portions which are hard to find. We will definitely be back!“
