“I would give five stars, but sometimes when I order delivery, the driver arrives and my pizza is lukewarm at best. Other than that everything I’ve witnessed both inside and outside of the store is clean and hygienic. It is a brand new facility and the workers do a good job inside.“

“These guys have been on my list for a while and it was worth the wait. THIS IS PIZZA. Bridgeport phils still has my heart but this place just bumped into the 2/3 spot for me. TOP 3 Chicago pizzeria.

Crust: this is what did it for me. The crust was a perfect thickness and kept its structure/ crisp throughout the whole pizza

Sauce: they’re cooking down their own sauce I believe. It’s got a touch of that fresh tomato sweetness. Nothing over powering, just a great classic sauce

Sausage/cheese: high quality Battaglia products. Traditional cheese blend and good sausage. Nothing crazy in this category but definitely brings their pizza together

“I’ve seen a lot of good reviews about this spot and they did not disappoint at all. Very good pizza, to be honest some of the best I’ve had in this area. Perfect crust with good texture and bite with an amazing crunch at the end. Fresh toppings and perfectly browned cheese. Got a large sausage and pepperoni with half green pepper and onion and they load it up. The sauce is more of a savory sauce which pairs perfectly with the saltiness of the proteins and sweetness of the veggies. Will absolutely be back for more. 10/10 for me !!!!!“

He stated in conversation that the Detroit eight corner was the most popular! I decided to get the eight corner veggie with extra veggies and well done! It was fantastic! My 103 year old Dad who is almost deaf, vision impaired with speech problems from a stroke just calls Villa and says “I want a pizza!” And they know who he is, what kind of pizza he wants and where he lives! And they take his check no matter how illegible it is! Great people, (Cheryl you are the best!) great food and so many good memories! “I have eaten this pizza since I was a little kid. It’s the same!! I’m so happy! It’s so cool to eat something that you grew up eating. The Barton’s crust is very specific and delicious. I love their cheese. My kids like it now so I get to eat it all the time. They have excellent cheese bread too. And even though we don’t eat meat anymore the meat eaters around have said that their sausage tastes the same too. I remember exactly what it tastes like! lol. Try it!“

“I ordered a small pizza with extra sausage, extra pepperoni, and extra cheese. It was better than most of the neighborhood spots on the south side (including Italian Fiesta). However, it doesn’t compare to the location in Oak Park. Something about the sauce that didn’t make it all that appetizing with the extra fat and processed meats.

In addition to the pizza, I ordered arancini balls and jumbo wings. I would recommend the arancini balls but the Italian beef sandwich may be a better value.

The wings were alright but I didn’t like the hot sauce. It was more processed or from a bottle. Again, I’m comparing to another location where they make everything in house.

I ordered from this Rosatis because the Oak Park location was my favorite on the west side. If I didn’t have that reference, I may have given them more stars.
