The host as well made sure to inform me of who will be taking care of me today and letting me know they would be with me shortly. The service and communication was great. To be honest, I sometimes hesitate when it comes to large chain restaurants, as my preferences usually lean elsewhere. However, my visit to Olive Garden about two weeks ago completely exceeded my expectations.
While the food was quite good and definitely a step above average (the breadsticks and salad are always a classic!), what truly made our meal outstanding was the service. Our server was fantastic—incredibly attentive without being intrusive, timely with every request, and genuinely friendly. It's not every day you get that level of service, and it made a huge difference.
Because of this wonderful experience, I can confidently say I'll be back“

“I was in the area today doing a presentation for the local high school students, and spotted this place while driving. The service was very friendly and the Corned Beef & Pastrami sammich was amazing. I managed a Subway for 20 years so I'm very picky about a good sandwich. They don't skimp on the meat, the bread was soft and fresh, and the fries were perfectly done, not over or undercooked, nice and golden! I would definitely order a sandwich there again if I'm back in the area! I also haven't had koolaid since I was a kid, so that was a fun addition.“
