“Rib tips were hard, called and talked to Tiana who claimed she was the manager, had the worst attitude but she did have us bring back what we didn’t eat and they would make us fresh food. “Food was over all nice tasting, service was good too. Bread could have been warmer,. Baklava, fillet mignon kabab entrée and hummus were fresh and delicious. Entrées need homemade sauces and not commercial hot sauce or Sriracha sauce. My tabbouleh had gravels in it, could not eat it.“

“I see so many mixed reviews here. My experience was just 06/17/25; I had been wanting to try the Alsip location. I never go right away when a new restaurant opens, I let them get the “kinks” worked out first. Alsip has been open for quite sometime; and I just had my 1st visit 06/17/25. I was greeted immediately ✅; ordered my food as a carry out; very pleasant staff✅; ordered 1 meat, 1 side; when I got home, and ate my food; it was DELICIOUS ✅😋. I asked for extra sauce on my Jumbo tip and link combo, small turkey tip, and 6 wings ($55). When the cashier relayed the request to the lady who was preparing the food she got a real crappy attitude like I was asking for too much. I guess because they were almost closing. I asked her what she said and she went all off. “I wasn’t talking to you I was talking to her!” I asked what her name was and she refused to give it to me. No name tags present or I wouldn’t have asked. Then she directed me to the manager who was also preparing food for any concerns that I may have. I asked the manager Nivia Battle (I think that’s what she said) was she required to give me her name. She said no. Her attitude was crappy as well. Just negative energy behind the glass. Except for the cashier. I also told the that they need to improve their customer service and that I WILL BE BACK!! I have no complaints about my order at all. Food was great!!! They just need to get someone back there that’s actually going to do their job without being so nasty.“
