“We drive 3.5 hours 1 way to get here. The pizza is worth every mile. They have a great menu of pizzas ready to order or you can get your own toppings the way you like. We highly recommend you stop in and give them a try.”

“I went in this morning and had a great breakfast! I misunderstood an ad about them having B&G all day when it wasn't supposed to be until 10, but someone from the kitchen came up and said she'd make it for me anyway! The gravy was SO good, I ate it up quick!! Got a chai latte too and it was delicious as well. Such great customer service and just a cute place. It's near my work, so I'm going to try and go more to support them!”

“HUGE shout out to our amazing Fairlane Diner! Last night on our way home from a basketball game in Nokomis we decided to call and order Fairlane Diner for dinner. We did not realize they closed at 8pm and had dialed the phone at 7:55pm, the friendly woman answering the phone politely took our order and it was hot and fresh when we arrived at 8:15pm! “I had a host of family come visit from out of town. I ordered 50 piece wings from California Kitchen, it came with fries and 2 cans of pop. I was told 15 minutes for pick up and did not check the food prior to leaving. The chicken was fried very hard and wasn't good. I didn't call until the next morning and spoke to a manager. The manager was pleasant and very understanding. I was able to bring back the chicken from the previous day and recieved a full new 50 piece meal for my visiting family. He even asked if I wanted to keep the order that was messed up. Amazing customer service and the food was really good. I would always order from them, they really know how to treat their customers!! The new location is great too!.”

“Been coming to Cook’s since I worked across the street at camp Lincoln years upon years ago. Went back today for the first time in several years. The quality, freshness, quick, and friendly service was EXACTLY how I remember. Their whole grain bread is to die for. I don’t get to this side of town as often as I used to, but it is absolutely worth stopping in. Definitely one of Springfield’s hidden gems!”
