“I went in this morning and had a great breakfast! I misunderstood an ad about them having B&G all day when it wasn't supposed to be until 10, but someone from the kitchen came up and said she'd make it for me anyway! The gravy was SO good, I ate it up quick!! Got a chai latte too and it was delicious as well. Such great customer service and just a cute place. It's near my work, so I'm going to try and go more to support them!”

“A very cozy place with an ordering counter and a sit-down dining room if you're sticking around. Despite the counter service, the staff was lovely, welcoming, and attentive. They brought fresh bread to the table, unfortunately with a small to-go cup with a small drizzle of olive oil and another of pre-grated parm. A slightly more generous cup of olive oil would have been nice. The carbonara pasta would have been good off the bat if they had properly seasoned it, but some of the extra parm and a generous dose of black pepper got it there in the end. The pizza was the star of the night. Chewy dough with really good gluten development, very nice sauce that was balanced and a nice contrast to the cheese, and quality toppings that weren't too much or too little. Was very tempted by the cannoli in the case, but I will leave it to others to try as I was stuffed. Could be a great place but needs to tighten it up a bit. Would try again though if just for pizza and to try that cannoli.”

That man behind the counter gets an A plus for knowing how to make the best sub ever I could eat it everyday Never skimps on anything puts the other sub shops to shame in this area Thanks Monty’s keep up the great work young man”

“Been coming here for years and have moved away and crave this place so much! This is my go-to for a big hot plate of filling, healthy, delicious, soul warming food. My family loves the crab rangoons- they’re light, crispy, and not too crabby for the non-seafood eaters. My personal favorites are the hot pot, sweet and sour chicken, cashew nut chicken, and pho. My boys love general tso’s chicken.

Lunch portions are still generous, affordable, and come with soup.

“A must try if you are in Springfield! We were passing through town and decided to stop on a whim. It did not disappoint! I got the Mac n cheese with fried chicken and my husband got the cluck off sandwich with onion rings. The Mac n cheese is top notch and the panko bread crumbs add just the extra element of texture and flavor. The onion rings are some of the best I’ve had especially paired with the house made ranch. Their craft beers are excellent for even the most refined pallets. Wish we lived closer to take advantage of this establishment more often!”

The salad had vinegar and olive oil, a combination that was perfectly savory with the bright crisp lettuce. For my entree I had stuffed shells and my husband had made to order Stromboli. We enjoyed every bite with a portion enough for lunch tomorrow. The owners are absolutely delightful! The drive to Riverton is well worth it!”
