“What a wonderful experience! A hidden gem that everyone should try out! THIS is by far the best Indian food we've ever had! And we've had many good ones! Veena is such a wonderful hostess and chef Rob's cooking his grandmother's authentic regional recipes! The best and most delicious and interesting bread I've ever had. Black linen tablecloths. The desert of the day was indescribable. it was so wonderful and authentic and unique. ABSOLUTELY enjoy this treasure, so centrally located.“

“Barrelman's Room is my go-to place on a Friday or Saturday night when I want delicious cocktails and cozy ambiance so I can actually talk to my friends & hear each other. It's usually pretty easy to get a table, the staff is helpful with recommendations and I love the "secret" feel of it. I recommend it to anyone who wants a night out without a long line or wait. You won't be disappointed!“

“Stayed at the doubletree hotel and was very pleasantly surprised how great the food was at Osteria Italian restaurant. We dined here two nights in a row because it was so delicious. Julio our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Made our first evening at the restaurant memorable. I ordered the eggplant parmigiana and Caesar salad. It was wonderful. I had plenty of leftovers and can’t wait to enjoy the other half when I get home. My husband ordered rigatoni with chicken and the soup of the day. He had plenty left over for another meal also. Had two Tiramisu martinis and unfortunately ran out of room for dessert. The second night we sat in the bar for happy hour. Joey, the manager remembered us and made us feel like we were friends dining at his home. Handsome gentleman and incredibly friendly. Tony the bartender managed a full bar of people yet was very available to take our order. Happy hour is a great deal with $7 martinis and affordable large appetizers. Luckily we saved room to share a piece of Tiramisu. Absolutely divine. Can’t wait for our next visit to Chicago to dine here again. Highly recommended.“

“Had the best experience dining here with coworkers. Jess was our server and was warm and welcoming, offering suggestions and pairings, and had the beat timing- we never felt rushed or interrupted. The martinis and crafted cocktails were as delicious as they were beautiful. Appetizers were delicious and the portion size was great- don't miss the brussel sprouts! Now the sushi... wow- creative and meticulously prepared rolls and sashimi with a menu that has something for everyone-- and the vegan options are incredible! Can't wait to come back. Thanks for a great night out and a. fantastic service experience.“

“We have been coming here for over 15 years and among all the places we done at, Country House is by far the best. And that is not only due to the great food but more than anything the outstanding service from the staff. We have always filled so valued and appreciated as patrons. The experience is second to none. Specifically, Michelle and Kristin in the bar area are some of the best people who have ever taken care of us. We hope Country House stays here for a very long time.“

“We were in town for a basketball tournament, with a group of 22, and their staff accommodated our entire group! From the hostess, to our waitress, to whom I believe was the manager (tall gentleman), they were fantastic! The food, was delicious!!! Serving sizes were generous and their drinks were great as well. If we are ever back in town, we will return!“

“This was me and my husband’s first time this morning back at Hizemans since we moved. The drinks were not as good as we remembered… The food was great although it was a wait. Even though it was a very very BUSY restaurant! Understandably so.
Our server Katie took great care of us was very friendly attentive, and it is clear that she cared for her customers. Any issues was taken care of immediately with her . 10/10 SERVICE!
A bit loud! But very fun atmosphere especially with the BEARS!! We will be coming back for the amazing service and drafts. Cocktails ok…“
