“For the people of Carpentersville and the surrounding area it is a good place to spend a pleasant and fun time, it has pizza, pasta, wings and more, very good seasoning and flavor of the food, on Thursdays it has a special and drinks before 10:00pm and they have karaoke night and on Saturdays they have a DJ, you can eat, drink and dance in one place, they also rent the place to celebrate a party although I recommend that if it is family it is during the day, the attention of the waitresses is excellent and I know Good place because you've been there often.?????“

“My wife planned my surprise 40th birthday at Region. From start to finish the night was perfect. The food was impeccable and very well cooked. The staff was amazing, extremely helpful and just pleasant throughout the entire night. Everything went perfect and i would recommend anyone to have their private event at Region.“

Recognizing the complexity of flavors within that burger, we had him continue to help, as he suggested the perfect side to pair with each burger. The entire meal was superb. “The Bungalow is one of our favorite spots. It has all the appeal of a cozy local bar paired with the most extensive whiskey menu you'll find anywhere. The food is yummy, the service is on point and the atmosphere is super welcoming. So glad to have this little gem in our hometown.“

“No wake is great. The servers and bartenders are really friendly. The prices at this bar are always reasonable. I always enjoy the food when I visit. Atmosphere is fun too. This bar is popular but gets more crowded in the summer months. Located on the Fox River it's always fun to stop while boating. They also have gas for refueling boats. There are also a lot machines and there is outdoor seating in the summer months. I would highly recommend visiting no wake.“

“Stopped in quick for some pizza and to watch the game. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved their tater tots. Pizza wasn't our style, but hit the spot after a long drive. Great place to watch the game.Parking: Lot is pretty small and a little difficult to get in and out of, but there was parking available.“

“Nice quiet restaurant where I can finally have a conversation with my lovely wife . Decided to try this place on Valentine's day . Had a very good experience. We had the chopped house salad , surf and turf plate which turned out EXCELLENT! The casino clams were ok . So glad we tried the gelato and chocolate mouse cake ! They were very very Good ! “Well, been passing by this place forever and this time we decided to stop in. Very sparse parking so we asked where to park and immediately the female bartender came outside and pointed to a few locations. She must have been an owner because it is rare and doubtful an employee would be so accommodating. Moving on..... We were seated, by the very nice and conscientious female bartender. She asked for our drink order and gave us menus........ So far so good......The food..... Corn Beef and Cabbage Dinner-Outstanding Monster Burger-Incredible Ruben-Great Patty Melt- Delicious Absolutely excellent all around. Not a single negative comment from anyone in our party. Oh, yeah! There was a gentleman talking to some people at the bar and was showing the coolest DUCK model to his friends. Said his buddy made them and was selling them for $5. My buddy immediately jumped up and bought it and asked for another one. Well the gentleman left the bar. Damn... no duck for me....... Hold on...... He returned with another duck in hand. I snapped it up and thanked him. That doesn't happen nowadays. How cool is that. The entire experience of that bar/grille was that of a typical Chicago old neighborhood tavern. Great people. Great food. special nod to the female bartender. Awesome lady who "gets it." We'll be back.....again and again.“

“Nice bar with a large pool/darts area. They have slot machines as well. Drinks are reasonably priced and on certain days they have deals. Haven't tried the food yet but it looks good. The menu is fairly extensive so there are plenty of options. Looking forward to trying the food next time. The staff are awesome too.“

“I love Booker's.The drinks are cheap, service is great. People are cool. They have darts.Booker's is a great time.Now the food, Ive seen it sent out to tables looking really good. They always have non-standard specials, which shows that the menu does rotate on a semi-weekly basis.What I had had was marginal, but that was late; right before the kitchen closed. So, it could be on me. I would eat there again to give a fair and honest opinion.“

“It's a small bar on the corner of Berkshire and Virginia Rd. Cutoff. I didn't get the chance to order food. Good place to grab a drink. It has a patio/deck for outside seating. Limited seating at bar, some table seating offered. When I went, the place was full in the parking lot and full inside. I remember this place being the old Frank N Stein. Its interesting what they did to the place and from what I remembered of business that use to be in there. Stop in and have a drink or nibble... It's a small interesting place. Update 03/08/2023 - Had Italian Beef, Fries and tatter tots... Excellent. Long Island ice teas are a great finisher. ?“

“First time here, I liked the name LOLWe had the chicken wings and Goat Curds (cheese curds). Tuesday is karaoke night. We didn't stay for that. No one wants to hear me sing. Hubby and I were given two tokens for a free drink next time we stop by and we will. I want to try a burger......Parking: It is very well lit up in the back of the building. You can enter from the front or back of the building and after a certain hour you can sit in front of the building where the window goes up. Cool....“
