“I stop by this location every now and then just to grab a Diet Coke, and every single time, I’m blown away by the gentleman at the first window. He is the epitome of outstanding customer service. Every time I pull up, he greets me with such genuine enthusiasm, as if he’s thrilled I’m back. It’s incredible because he must see hundreds of people an hour, yet he makes every single visit feel special. Every business would be so lucky to have someone like him!“

It doesn't happen with the dine-in and the food is always hot and fresh. I just wish they would teach the workers to count burgers and fries when they put them in the bag for takeout.“
