“We had planned date night at Ruthie's before a concert, and had made reservations a couple of months earlier on Walker's Bluff website. On a whim, we called the restaurant the day before to be told that we had no reservation in their listing. The manager, Ernest Carter then immediately looked to see if they could accommodate us, anyway and found us a good table in the bar area. Our bartender Chris was also polite and pleasant. The food and service was excellent and we will be back!”

“Home cooking you've been waiting for, it's nostalgic atmosphere bring you back. Excellent service ,we did order breakfast eggs bacon hash browns all of it was perfectly cooked. We did see people ordering the fried chicken looked crispy and delicious. The Air works here . Definitely try this place it will be on your list to visit often”

“Hucks does a great job at all areas. I get Godfathers pizza occasionally and its its always been good. Cinnamon rolls are the best too. Uncommon for a gas station convenience store.”

“Great time celebrating a birthday with friends! Service was friendly and attentive. Margaritas were delicious. I am a sucker for a giant pretzel and baby it did not disappoint. “Greetings; in writing my review of Rob's Pit Barbeque in Carteville Illinois, I must say that those was the best tasting Rib Tips I've eaten since I was a little boy back in a small town in Arkansas. The meat was perfectly seasoned, thick, tender and juicy. The to-go plate was sufficient, although I could've eaten more, lol. Overall; everything was perfect, salute to the cooks, and hostess! There's no need for me to go anywhere else for my Rib Tips. I'll see you all again soon, when I bring the family and friends; thanks.”

“Dining at Walkers Bluff Tasting Room was a pleasure. The steak was cooked exactly to my liking and the side of potatoes was satisfying. My daughter's chicken Alfredo pizza was a hit. The quality of the meal warrants high praise. Additionally, the cave tour was fascinating.”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Kyle, manager at Quatro’s for his excellent customer service! He went above and beyond rectifying a couple of mishaps that I experienced with Q’s. My family have been ordering their pizza for years and I didn’t really want to start going somewhere else due to some problems with ordering etc, but kyle immediately called me (without me asking him to) and offered up a solution. Kudos to him especially when a lot of other restaurants would have just shrugged it off. Than u!!!”

“We really enjoy eating here. My go-to meal is smoked brisket and fried okra, but everything I have tried is delicious! This year, they smoked our Thanksgiving turkey for us. Super moist and flavorful. Better than I could have done myself.”

That said, we did have to wait a bit to be seated, and the restaurant was really busy, so the service felt a bit slow and scattered at times. It’s understandable given how packed they were, but it did impact the overall experience slightly. Still, if you're not in a rush and want a tasty meal, it's worth a visit.”

I made reservations, requesting a table arrangement for a group of women who get together once a month for lunch, and I couldn't have been more pleased. Our waitress, Kayla, did an outstanding job of catering to our every need, going over and beyond for us. The food was wonderful, and the portions were plenty. If anyone walks out, still hungry, somethings wrong. lol I'm sure our ladies will be going there again. Thank you Nikki, Kayla, and all who helped, for being so kind.”
